| The art associations of ordinary colleges and universities occupy a large proportion in the student associations.At the same time,it is also an important means for China’s college education reform,promoting the popularization of aesthetic education and expanding the second classroom of colleges and universities.The art society is an important window to enrich the students’ amateur life,enhance their artistic quality and expressive ability,and is also an important channel for campus culture construction.If aesthetic education can be applied to the education and management of college art organizations,it can carry out all-round reform of the art associations of Chinese universities,solve the problems that arise,and provide new ideas for the development of college art organizations in China.Aesthetic education not only becomes an educational method,but also can be applied to the management process of college art associations,solving problems in the management process of college art associations,and becoming a management means to promote the reform of university community management.This paper uses literature,survey,interview and other research methods to conduct a questionnaire survey and interviews with members of the art society of N University on the basis of reviewing the literature related to aesthetic education,to help understand the current status and existing existence of community management.Problems and possible causes.Based on relevant theories such as public administration,education management,education,and administrative management of higher education,combined with questionnaire survey data and interview content,it proposes systematic and scientific management of college art community.The results show that college students have high satisfaction with art associations or symphony orchestras,and the overall evaluation is good.Whether it is gender,whether it has participated in art club activities,or whether it is a member of the symphony orchestra,it has a high evaluation of the symphony orchestra,indicating that the N University Symphony Orchestra has developed well and is widely recognized by students.However,there are still some problems in managerial cognition,teacher configuration and professional literacy,management mechanism,community activity arrangement,and financial manpower input.These problems are closely related to the process of art association analysis show the system of China’s colleges and universities in the education system,the mechanism is not perfect;the Department of education for the introduction of the university art community policy contentlack of ideological understanding,the confusion of management institutions,the imperfect curriculum system,the lag of the construction of the teaching staff,and the poor performance of the activities.On this basis,combined with the recommendations of the relevant teachers,students and department heads in the interview content,this paper proposes a targeted solution.For example,to strengthen the awareness of art club managers,increase the input of human resources and funds of art associations,and uphold the "service concept",adhere to the student-centered.Promote the improvement of the organization and management institutions of aesthetic education,set up special management institutions,establish a complete system and regulations,and clarify the incentive mechanism for rewards and punishments.Establish a scientific and rational curriculum system,enrich curriculum content,refine practical experience to improve the content of teaching materials,plan high-quality community activities,and enhance students’ enthusiasm for participation.To strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,on the one hand,we must increase teacher training and improve professional quality and skills;on the other hand,encourage scientific research,explore new teaching methods,set up scientific reward mechanisms,and build a talent delivery mechanism.Strengthen teacher-student exchanges,ensure teachers in addition to professional guidance,and help college students to establish a correct life philosophy,elegant art appreciation ability,etc.,through the promotion of competitions and successful experiences,enhance the sense of achievement of teachers and students.Pay attention to the shaping of campus culture and play the role of educating people.It is hoped that the school’s art society will develop better,in order to promote the continuous development of campus culture in China. |
