| Ecological civilization is the focus of the Party’s national construction,which emphasizes that the term "ecology" should be integrated into all aspects of political,economic and cultural life.As an important field of national construction,the combination of education and ecology has become the need of the times.An important aspect of ecotype education is to cultivate ecotype teacher-student relationship.Ecotype teacher-student relationship in class has a far-reaching impact and significance on students’ overall long-term development,English teachers’ professional satisfaction and the realization of professional ideals.As we all know,teacher-student relationship has always been a hot topic in the field of education.Especially junior high school students,they are in a very special period,which is the transition stage from childhood to adolescence.Children in this stage have distinct characteristics,independent and rebellious personality,therefore,the construction of teacher-student relationship in this stage seems particularly complex.English is a very difficult and important course in junior middle school.The ecotype construction of teacher-student relationship is of great significance to the learning and growth of students in junior middle school.Based on the principles of educational ecology,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire,interview and literature studies,and adopts the pre-test and post-test methods to explore three questions:1.What problems still exist in the teacher-student relationship in English classroom of junior high school? 3.How to construct the ecological teacher-student relations in the English classroom of junior high school? 3.Can the construction model of ecotype teacher-student relations effectively improve the teacher-student relations in the English classroom of junior high school ? The results show that: 1.At present,the normal relations between teachers and students is general,and positive or negative impressions of teacher-student relations just account for a small proportion.In addition,there is tension and antagonism between teachers and students.2.According to the relevant guidance of educational ecology principles and the survey results,this paper argues that in order to improve the current teacher-student relationship,we must achieve ecologicalization in the following aspects: teachers’ teaching(instructional design,teaching implementation,teachingevaluation,teachers’ language),teachers’ ideas and classroom environment.3.Through the comparative analysis of questionnaires,interview data before and after the experiment,it is found that the construction model of ecological teacher-student relations under the guidance of educational ecology principle can effectively improve the establishment of teacher-student relations.Applying the principles and knowledge of ecology to the field of education,that kind of related research has just started and belongs to a new subject.This paper analyses and discusses the relationship between teachers and students from the perspective of ecological principles,and implements it in a specific subject,which is the innovation of this paper,and also has a certain significance for the construction of good teacher-student relationship. |
