The Research Of Beigang CCI Village Development Strategy In Perspective Of Constructing Pingtan International Tourism Island

The integration of cultural creativity and tourism industry is a beneficial attempt for the transformation and development of rural areas.Beigang Wenchuang Village is a new form of rural tourism economy that combines the development of cultural creativity and tourism industry in Pingtan.Combining the creative tourism industry and the local culture and cultural landscape of Hepingtan can effectively shape and spread the city image and tourism image of Pingtan,which is conducive to stimulating potential market demand,thereby expanding new market space and promoting the whole region.Social and economic development has a very important practical role.At present,Beigang Wenchuang Village has a good momentum of development.Every year,300,000 tourists come to visit.The per capita income of the villagers has reached more than 20,000 yuan.However,there are some outstanding problems in development,which need to be studied and solved.Based on the understanding of the development of rural tourism and cultural and creative industries,this paper analyzes the Beigang Wenchuang under the vision of Pingtan International Tourism Island through field research,empirical analysis,qualitative research and quantitative analysis.The development status of the village and its existing problems,to find out the biggest factors affecting development,and then to study the strategic recommendations for the development of Beigang Wenchuang Village tourism.The results of this paper find that there are problems such as planning lag,business model and product backwardness,imperfect construction of supporting infrastructure,serious environmental pollution,backward brand awareness and insufficient talent attraction in the development process of Wenchuang Village.The empirical analysis shows that the main factor affecting the development of Wenchuang Village in Beigang is the current operating level,that is,the operational capacity is the main factor determining the development of Wenchuang Village in Beigang;the second is the natural cultural resources of Beigang Village,including natural resources and cultural resources.Again,infrastructure and service industries,and government support is one of the more important factors.This paper proposes that the development goal of Beigang Wenchuang Village is based on the creative background of marine culture,highlighting the development of the mountain and sea leisure industry,highlighting the charm of the ecological environment,building on the basis of the hotel culture,mountain tourism,sea leisure experience tourism as the main line,with cultural and sports activities,ecological agriculture In order to assist,it integrates ecology,sightseeing,leisure and vacation into one,and has a coastal resort for sightseeing and leisure.Based on this,it proposes high-quality development countermeasures:including the development plan,delineating the scope of protection,actively promoting the infrastructure construction of Beigang Village,multi-pronged rectification of the rural environment of Beigang Village,highlighting the brand cultivation of Wenchuang Village,deepening the tourism experience and the terminal experience of tourists.Sexuality,introduction of talents to solve the problem of insufficient talents,and diversified investment to solve the problem of shortage of funds.
