The Research On Chinese Art Securitization Trading Mode

The art securitization trading mode,as a financial innovative product,provides an ideal carrier for the expansion of art capital,enhances the liquidity of art transactions,conforms to the current trend of art consumption,and promotes the transformation and development of China’s art market.Through the analysis of the theoretical literature of art securitization trading mode and the practice of art securitization trading in China,this paper puts forward an analytical framework for the construction of art securitization trading mode with Chinese characteristics.Based on the art securitization trading mode’s perspective,this paper uses economics,finance and artwork-related knowledge to analyze the problems existing in the current model with the case studies of " Hong Kong Takung Culture Art Exchange" and " Tianjin Culture Art Exchange",and puts forward three creative feasible suggestions: standardizing the identification and evaluation of art objects,perfecting the trading rules of the trading platform and establishing an omni-directional and multi-channel delisting mechanism,in order to help the development of art securitization industry.
