| Madame White Snake is an opera composed in 2010 by Zhou Long.This composition is based on European musical genre and technique and demonstrates typical Chinese music style by a great quantity of Chinese musical elements.In this article,the author will analyze the Prologue,four Interludes and Awakening Aria of this opera.Furthermore,it will demonstrate the new ideas of musical elements and the significance of cultural exchange between Chinese and European music which are based on whole opera. |
