| In recent years,with the gradual acceleration of the aging process,the number of elderly people in China has increased rapidly.Among them,the proportion of elderly people suffering from chronic diseases is as high as 70%.Their mental state is often greatly affected by the decline of diseases and physiological functions,and their mental health.It has become a problem that cannot be ignored.Psychological resilience has an important buffering defense effect in overcoming negative psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.It is closely related to the physical and mental health of the elderly.Therefore,the research on psychological resilience of the elderly has become a hot spot.From the perspective of psychological flexibility,it provides a new perspective for the study of mental health of the elderly with chronic diseases,and provides a reference for the intervention and promotion strategies of mental health of the elderly with chronic diseases.Based on the basic research literature on psychological resilience at home and abroad,this study combines the open questionnaire to construct the theoretical dimension of the psychological resilience of the elderly with chronic diseases,and preliminarily compiles the “ Psychological Resilience Scale for Old People with Chronic Diseases”.Through the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,the formal scale of psychological flexibility of chronic diseases was established,and the reliability and validity test and confirmatory factor analysis of the scale were carried out.Then use the self-edited psychological resilience scale to investigate and understand the status quo and characteristics of the psychological resilience of the elderly with chronic diseases;then explore the effects of social support,self-esteem and psychological resilience on the mental health of the elderly with chronic diseases;then then explore social support,The effect of self-esteem on psychological resilience;explored the influence of social support and self-esteem on the mental health of elderly patients with chronic diseases through psychological flexibility;finally,through qualitative research,explored the psychological elasticity protective factors,internal elasticity factors and external factors of chronic diseases.Resources.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The psychological resilience of the elderly with chronic diseases is the result of multi-level and multi-dimensional,including the five dimensions of self-efficacy,acceptance and hope,problem solving,interpersonal support and family care.(2)The confirmatory factor analysis of the scale,the first-order and second-order structural models are well fitted,the scale has high reliability and validity,and the indicators meet the psychometric standards.(3)The psychological resilience of the elderly with chronic diseases is basically at a medium level,and the psychological elasticity is not significantly different between the gender and age demographic variables,but the demographic variables such as household registration,education level,income source,marital status,residence status and number of illnesses There are significant differences.(4)The social support,self-esteem and psychological flexibility of the elderly with chronic diseases can have a direct impact on mental health;social support and self-esteem can have an impact on psychological flexibility,and social support can also have an indirect impact on psychological flexibility through self-esteem.Self-esteem plays an important role.Partial mediation.Both social support and self-esteem can directly affect the mental health of the elderly with chronic diseases.Social support and self-esteem can have an indirect impact on the mental health of the elderly with chronic diseases through psychological flexibility.Psychological flexibility plays a part in mediating between social support and mental health.Role,psychological flexibility also plays a partial intermediary role between self-esteem and mental health.(5)Qualitative research also supports quantitative research,positive cognitive,high self-esteem and self-esteem,such as positive psychological quality and external resources(court support and external social support)to promote the psychological resilience of the elderly with chronic diseases.And protection. |
