The Survey And Research Of Choupai Suona Class At Xunyi In Western Shaanxi

In most towns and villages in China,the ensemble of Chinese wind and percussion instruments played mainly by Suona has been widely used.Those important rituals in life,such as marriage and funerals,are all inseparable from the participation of suona music.In Xunyi County,Shaanxi Province,there is no exception to this musical form,and a group of folk musicians closely related to this form of music.Xunyi suona has a history of nearly 100 years since it was introduced to the area.During this century,the three major schools of Chou,Lv and Beiyuan were formed.Among them,the Choupai suona has a wide circulation between middle plateau and southern plateau,remains many typical traditional tunes,and has a growing band of musicians.This paper will be guided by the theory and method of ethnomusicology,with the way of recording music ethnography,describes and studies the geographical and cultural background,historical origin,The way of inheritance and the present situation of existence,music ontology,and the Cultural function and Cultural significance of Xunyi Suona Music of Xunyi Choupai suona.In addition,In this paper,the author uses the method of oral history,on the cultural change of the Xunyi Choupai suona School in the development of the times from the perspective of the insiders of the culture bureau...
