Working capital management is an important part of corporate financial management.Since the 20 th century,as market competition has intensified,the business model of the company has kept pace with the times,and the impact of funds on business operations has become increasingly prominent.How to manage working capital is particularly important.With the globalization of the economy and the continuous development of Internet technology,the scale of enterprises has become increasingly large,and branches have been established all over the world.The problems of high cost and low efficiency in the company’s operation process have forced enterprises to continuously explore and innovate in order to solve these problems.The method of the problem.Financial sharing services came into being.Since the emergence of the financial sharing model,many well-known enterprises at home and abroad have been adopted,and it has been rated as the most effective new management model for solving working capital problems.However,a simple financial sharing platform cannot fundamentally improve the management efficiency of working capital.Therefore,financial sharing services need to be applied to the enterprise’s fund management to maximize the role of financial sharing in working capital management.Under W’s expansion policy,branches grew rapidly,and the size of the group’s enterprises expanded rapidly,increasing the operating costs of the company.The management of W Company decided to use financial sharing to solve these problems.The goal of this paper is to find out the problems in the design and implementation of the financial sharing scheme of W company’s working capital management,and propose measures to improve financial sharing in order to achieve the purpose of strengthening working capital management.This paper first discusses the research background and significance of working capital management and financial sharing services,and then analyzes the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and problems of W company in working capital management,and proposes that W company can improve working capital management.The necessity of financial sharing service;finally,based on the above-mentioned problems,it proposes improvement measures for the current financial sharing plan,hoping to help W company strengthen working capital management.And it can be used as reference for other cultural service companies.
