Adequate reserve talents are the cornerstone of sustainable development of sports in a country or region,improving the quality of reserve personnel training is the guarantee of healthy and sustainable development of competitive sports.Beijing is the city with the highest level and adolescents of swimming training for children in China.In recent years,the training mode of swimming for children has become more and more abundant,to further optimize the existing talent training model,it is very important to improve the quality of reserve personnel training.This study chooses three typical modes,which private school mode,swimming club mode and traditional swimming school mode,by using the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,etc,through the investigation of coaches and athletes in three different training modes,understanding the current situation and characteristics of different training modes,find out the similarities and differences of the three training modes,establishing a diversified swimming training mode for children and adolescents in the new era,more excavation and cultivation of good seedlings,so as to consolidate our country’s swimming reserve talent system.The study can provide theoretical reference for the reform of the training mode of reserve swimmers for children in Beijing,it is helpful to further improve the quality of swimming training for children and adolescents,at the same time,it can provide some reference for the reform of swimming training mode for children in other areas of China.Through research,the following conclusions are reached:1.With the change of market and employment environment,the employment pressure of sports dance students is increasing day by day,and the employment channels are becoming narrower and narrower.Sports dance special studentsmajoring in physical education can not enter colleges and universities as sports dance teachers,but can only enter primary and secondary schools as physical education teachers,and the special technology learned can not be applied.2.The learning motivation of sports dance students majoring in physical education in Beijing University of physical Education is diversified,and some students’ learning attitude is not correct enough,so they lose their learning motivation.3.The special students of physical and dance in sports education are weak in their own foundation,they are difficult to learn more and more,the content is much,the study time is less,the learning task is heavy,and the system can master 10 of the dance and achieve higher levels of difficulty in the six semesters,so it is necessary to streamline the teaching content.In particular,it is possible to appropriately reduce the teaching difficulty of 10 dance classes in the course of practice,and take into account the many basic physical and dance teaching that the special students are engaged in after graduation,so that the teaching of the combination and the high degree of difficulty should be appropriately reduced.4.At present,although it is reasonable to arrange two professional teachers to teach in each class of sports dance special class of physical education specialty,eight students of grade 2018 and four professional teachers attend classes,which leads to the waste of resources.We can even consider suspending the special course of sports dance of physical education specialty.
