The essence of human movement is motion and energy metabolism,and it is of great significance to clarify the characteristics of energy metabolism of sports events to judge the nature of sports.It has theoretical guidance value in scientific training for Scientific fitness,athletes selection and training.Based on previous studies,the research improved the experimental test scheme,aimed to further explore the metabolic characteristics and energy contribution of each dance and the final round in the sport dance competition under the new rules through testing 32 domestic elite sport dance athletes,which in order to clarify the characteristics of sport dance from perspectives of energetics.This study acquired HR-VO2max corresponding relation through increasing exercise load test,and using SUNNTO team polor monitored HR of athletes and estimated VO2 indirectly,taking the finger blood after exercise for 3 and 6 minutes to obtain blood lactic.The energy metabolism of the simulation game of sport dancers was calculated by using the algorithm proposed by previous studies.Repeated measures anova was used to investigate the influence of dance species and gender factors on energy metabolism,and covariance analysis was used to investigate the influence of BMI and body fat ratio on energy metabolism.The research conclusions:(1)Sport dance was a high intensity as well as high energy consumption exercise which was mainly based on aerobic energy supply system and supplemented by phosphoric acid and glycolysis energy supply system.From the first round to the final,the energy supply system ratio was significantly affected by the dance types,and the glycolysis energy supply system ratio increased slightly with the decrease of the aerobic energy supply ratio.(2)The energy metabolism level of Latin dance competition is generally higher than that of standard dance.The total energy metabolism of athletes in the finals was significantly higher than that in the first in which the energy metabolism of each dance matched the rhythm rate.It is suggested that specific training should be carried out according to different dance types and competition rounds to improve the scientific training level of dancesport.(3)In the whole competition,the total energy metabolism,aerobic oxidation and phosphate energy supply system of male athletes were significantly higher than that of female athletes,there was no difference in the metabolism of glycolysis energy supply system.From the perspective of energy metabolism,it showed that male athletes were in the dominant driving position in the sports dance competition.(4)The body weight positively predicted the metabolism of phosphoric acid energy supply system,and the exercise intensity of dance type positively predicted the metabolism of the glycolysis energy supply system,and the dance type and gender and their interaction significantly affected the metabolism of aerobic oxidation energy supply system in the competition of sports dancers.(5)BMI and body fat ratio only had significant effect on the metabolism of prophosphate and aerobic oxidation energy supply system,but had impact efficiency on the energy metabolism level and energy supply ratio of domesticl elite sport dance athletes generally,which suggesting that reasonable BMI and low body fat ratio could promote athletes to save energy to some extent.
