| With the new basic education curriculum reformation promoting deepeningly,teachers curriculum leadership is from a global perspective in pure theory into locally educational practice.However,due to lack of experience,especially short of domestic teacher leadership theory,our practice of junior school teachers’ curriculum leadership is still in confused state.This hinders the professional development of teachers,limiting furtherly promoting the new curriculum reformation.Based on the investigation of subjects of some junior school English teachers in Nanxun,Zhejiang Province,the paper has studied the actuality of teacher leadership of curriculum and analyzed its restrictive factors,which would brought out realistic approaches to push junior school English teacher leadership of curriculum.The paper is consisted of five parts.The first part is an introduction,including the study background,the issues,research significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part mainly collates and summarizes the concept of teachers’ curriculum leadership.And on this basis of it,it explains thee concept and the meaning of teachers’ curriculum leadership.In the third part,the paper carried out the investigational research on the development actuality of junior middle school teacher leadership of curriculum through questionnaire and visiting.It concludes the following junior middles school teachers’ abilities of planning,developing and integrating,implementing,evaluating and rethinking.In the fourth part,it is aimed at analyze the factors which restricting the development of junior English teacher curriculum leadership.It 1ies in two aspects including internal factors and external factors.The former is related to teacher curriculum knowledge and experience.The latter is involved in support from the outside except themselves.In the fifth part,the countermeasure of junior middle school English teacher leadership of curriculum was lodged from the results of the investigation.Improving the leadership of junior middle school English teachers curriculum,junior middle schools should provide better conditions for the abilities of junior middle school English teacher curriculum leadership.Junior middle school English teachers should change ideas,improving abi1 ities during the process of junior middle school English teachers curriculum leadership. |
