| On March 11,2011,a 9.0-magnitude earthquake struck northeastern Japan and triggered a massive tsunami.Affected by the earthquake and tsunami,the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant leaked a lot of radioactive substance,leading to the worst nuclear disaster since the Chernobyl Disaster in the Soviet Union.The sudden disaster and the long post-disaster recovery have had an incalculable impact on the Japanese outlook on life,values and world outlook,as well as provided resources for Japanese literature writing from the theme.After the disaster,there were sprung up a series of March 11 earthquake literature works based on the theme narrative of the disaster.These works focused on the disaster situation of the March 11 earthquake and Fukushima nuclear accident,and deeply explored the devastation to the spiritual World of Human beings.The purpose of these works was to trigger on deep thinking and reflection through disaster writing.These works were the records of the disaster,the literature which based on the present,as well as the one that reflecting on the future.The paper focused on the literature works on the theme of March 11 disasters.It was also examines the abilities of writers’ multi-dimensional witness writing,for explored the physical,mental and collective trauma brought by the disaster to the Japanese people,and presents the writers’ deep analysis and criticism.It was also dissected the process of the spiritual fission and wounded healing after disaster,and then highlighted the healing effect of literature.The paper mainly revolved around four parts,including the introduction of literature background and main works,the description of the disaster in literary writing,but also the writers’ main position and attitude towards the disaster,the narrative of disaster to the nation,the reflection of history and the healing of people’s mental trauma in disaster.The whole chapters were given the multi-dimensional presentation for four aspects of the narrative of disaster literature: writing suffering;criticizing reality;reflecting on history and healing wounds.The introduction mainly introduced the background of the disaster literature of March 11,summarized the main literary works and the research situation,and explained the significance and thinking of the research in this paper.The first chapter is disaster representation in literary writing.In this chapter,on the basis of poetry and documentary novels,the author described the disaster record and people’s emotion expression.The second chapter is Historical reflection on disaster narration,which links earthquake disaster,nuclear accident with war disaster and national history.In this chapter,it discussed the multiple traumatic memory brought by disaster and people’s reflection on their own behavior and national history,which leads to social thinking.In the next chapter,Wound healing in disaster narrative,the author mainly analyzed from three aspects: the spiritual predicament of people after the disaster;the acceptance of life and death;the search for strength and healing of trauma.It shows people’s strong desire of facing the disaster.Chapter Four,the Nuclear attitude of the Writers explained views of several writers—Takaaki Yoshimoto,Kenzaburo Oe,Haruki Murakami,Genyitiro Takahashi,Kazumi Saeki,—on earthquake disasters and the use of nuclear energy,to explore the representative literary stand and attitude of literary writers in their literary works and actions.The conclusion is mainly discussed from the perspective of the spirituality of Japanese culture,to express the crisis and hope of reconstruction of post-disaster Japanese literature. |
