On The Practical Value Of The Theory Of "Character,Tune,Board And Emotion" In Yuefu Chuan Sheng

China's singing art has a long history and is splendid.As far as modern singing art is concerned,the basic training of its singing technology theory is rooted in the singing techniques of ancient Chinese opera art.Yuefu Chuan Sheng is a monograph on vocal music theory of ancient operas.It mainly focuses on the discussion of singing skills in traditional opera art.Many of the conclusions in the book are still widely used by many vocal music learners,which further enriches and develops the theoretical knowledge of singing art.Analyzing the current development of vocal music art,we will find that it is deeply rooted in Chinese traditional music culture,and is the inheritance and development of ancient Chinese vocal music theory.Based on the book Yuefu Chuan Sheng,this paper further explores the art of singing through the collation and research of the original works and multi-versions of translated works,so as to provide the author and other scholars with a more clear and scientific theoretical guidance of vocal music while learning vocal art skills.This paper consists of five parts: introduction,background of Yuefu Chuan Sheng,theoretical study of "character","cavity","board" and "emotion" in Yuefu Chuan Sheng,migration of Yuefu Chuan Sheng to the development of modern vocal music art,and conclusion.The introduction part elaborates on the research questions,research status,research methods and research significance of this paper.The first part of the text is a brief introduction to Xu Dachun's life and the background of Yuefu Chuan Sheng.The second part is the author's analysis and Research on the theoretical content of Yuefu Chuan Sheng,based on the study of the original works and related literature.In this part,the author divides it into four sections: on "character"--"how to clarify the character","how to purify the cavity","how to purify the cavity","how to rectify the board","how to correct the feeling"--"how to be true to the feeling".It introduces Xu Dachun's singing skills of pronunciation,voice style,music rhythm,emotion in the music and some related voices in modern vocal music art.On the introduction,so as to form a theoretical support for the next part of the study.The third part is based on the author's own learning vocal music art singing problems encountered in the process,through the study of "Yuefu Chuan Sheng",get some learning insights,so as to get more clear learning methods of redundancy.In this part,the author further validates some of the viewpoints in Yuefu Chuan Sheng,which has some reference and inheritance significance for the theory and practice of modern vocal music art.The concluding part is a summary of the research results of this paper.Of course,with the continuous change of the times,"Yuefu Chuan Sheng" also has some old methods and the author's own idealistic judgments which have been eliminated by the times through the practice of singing.As a reader,we should keep a critical attitude to study and study the book.Therefore,in this paper,the author focuses more on the discussion of the viewpoints beneficial to learning.As for other biases,the author chooses to pass by in order to avoid confusing the reader.
