As Christopher Peterson put it,positive psychology is about "others" and the shining points of our lives are generated by close interaction with others.Interpersonal relationship is a kind of psychological relationship formed in the process of interpersonal communication,which can meet people's needs.The so-called interpersonal relationship refers to the psychological connection between people.The distance of the relationship reflects the psychological distance between people.Many studies have found that interpersonal relationship is closely related to subjective well-being.Subjective well-being refers to people's overall assessment of their lives and emotional experience.The existing research on the relationship between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being basically adopts the correlation method,and the size of correlation coefficient has no universal conclusion.Further research is needed on how much correlation exists between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being and whether it is affected by the characteristics of the study.At the same time,whether there is a causal relationship between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being,and whether writing activities with the theme of interpersonal relationship can improve the level of subjective well-being of college students is worth further study.In this study,we used meta-analysis method to analyze the existing research results in China,and explored how much correlation exists between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being.A total of25 studies were collected,8921 subjects.The second part is divided into two parts.utility of interpersonal relationship and intimacy of interpersonal relationship are initiated to find out whether there is a causal relationship between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being.The subjects are college students of Inner Mongolia NormalUniversity.According to the results of the first and the second study,the third study chooses writing activities with the theme of interpersonal relationship to intervene in subjective well-being,in order to achieve the promotion effect of subjective well-being.The results are as follows:(1)There is a highly negative correlation between interpersonal distress and subjective well-being,with a correlation coefficient of-0.466.The relationship between interpersonal distress and subjective well-being is moderated by three variables: scale type,gender and age.(2)Interpersonal relationship utility has a significant impact on subjective well-being,which is manifested in that the subjective well-being of high-efficiency group is higher than that of low-efficiency group and control group,and that of control group is higher than that of low-efficiency group;the higher the intimacy of interpersonal relationship,the higher the subjective well-being.(3)Writing and expression activities with the theme of interpersonal relationship can effectively reduce the interpersonal relationship problems of college students and improve their subjective well-being.The conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a high correlation between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being(r=-0.466),and the relationship between them is regulated by three variables: scale type,gender and age.(2)Interpersonal relationship utility and intimacy have significant effects on subjective well-being.(3)writing expression with the theme of interpersonal relationship can reduce the interpersonal troubles of college students and improve their subjective well-being.In the intervention activities of subjective well-being,interpersonal relationship can be regarded as a very effective influencing variable.
