| University scientific research team is an important force in the national innovation system,and creativity is important for the survival and development of the university scientific research team.Creativity is influenced by the individual characteristics of the team members and team-level factors.Understand how team members can comply with the requirements of team work and then improve individual creativity and team creativity become increasingly important.The cultural value tendencies at the individual level as a characteristic of the individual itself have an influence on creativity.At the same time,knowledge,especially tacit knowledge,is the basis for the team to generate creative ideas and enhance creativity,and knowledge is only shared in the team can play a better role.Therefore,this paper introduces tacit knowledge sharing as mediating variable and aims at exploring the different effects of different values on individual creativity and team creativity.We want to provide some guidance and suggestions for the university team building.Based on above requirements,this paper select the university scientific research team to be the object for the study,and do the theoretical analysis first.The individualism/collectivism,tacit knowledge sharing,individual creativity and team creativity are literature reviewed.This paper puts forward the model of" individualism/collectivism-tacit knowledge sharing-individual creativity/team creativity",and theoretical hypothesis.Then in empirical research,to obtain sample data,we send out electronic questionnaires,and 190 valid samples were made.We use SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 to carry out reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to test research model and theoretical hypothesis.The main research results are as follows:(1)Collectivism has positive effect on usefulness in individual creativity;(2)Collectivism is conducive to the promotion of team creativity.(3)Tacit knowledge sharing act fully mediating effect in the relationship between collectivism and team creativity;(4)Individualism has no significant effect on individual creativity,team creativity,and tacit knowledge sharing;(5)We found two paths that affect creativity,one is "collectivism-tacit knowledge sharing-team creativity",the other is "tacit knowledge sharing-collectivism-usefulness in individual creativity-team creativity".This shows that the mechanism that affects individual creativity is different from the mechanism that influences creativity.And collectivism and tacit knowledge sharing play a mutually beneficial role.Finally,on the conclusion of the study,the author discusses the limitations and future research directions.And points out that although individualism/collectivism values have a tendency of relative stability,but the head of the university scientific research team can still start from the perspective of team culture and the promotion of knowledge sharing to take measures to enhance the creativity of the whole team. |
