Artistic Creation About The "Pilgrimage" Report

Religion gives the "pilgrimage" an extraordinary significance.For believers,it is an important "spiritual journey" and an important symbol of self loyalty and value.Although the religious groups in the world are repeated,the core and belief of every religion are different,but it is indisputable that every individual in the process of pilgrimage has its own unique self thinking and even goal pursuit.Looking at the history and culture of the Chinese nation for thousands of years,the pursuit of art is also a process of pilgrimage.The artists diligently explore and pursue the essence of art and continue to feel forward to the belief in the heart.The theme of "pilgrimage" was established from the art practice in the northwest of the University.I was lucky to have visited the famous Buddhist temple of Tibetan Buddhism,Kumbum Monastery,and witnessed the Tibetan people’s pious way of pilgrimage,and was deeply shocked,hoping to record this religious belief in the way of art.And the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang has given me the inspiration for the choice of subjects.The stories in the murals,like a comic book,are vivid and interesting.However,in order to avoid the subject matter limited in the Buddhist belief,and to improve the wide range of the audience,we finally chose the traditional Chinese mythology as the core theme.In the process of creation,I mainly used the techniques of background painting and Vienna separatist techniques.Among them,there are three main influencing factors in the background painting techniques:the process of making the background,the tone of the background and the choice of the background.By studying the art works of master Klimt,the author attempts to use the golden mosaic method to enhance the artistic language expression effect in creation.On the composition of composition,after comparison,the Mogao Grottoes oblique dome style composition method is more intense and has a deep sense of space.It can be better combined with the bottom color painting and the Vienna separation technique.After that,the author established the composition and specific plot of the "pilgrimage" through the conception and multi party data,and finally completed the self expression of emotion and the output of artistic values by using the artistic language.This creation is not only the inheritance of the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation,but also the process of exploring and innovating the new artistic language.As an art learner,the pursuit of the essence of art is the ultimate goal,and the process of advancing towards the goal is the process of’Pilgrimage’,the road of art,the road of pilgrimage.
