The Song is the poetry style created by Korean in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Dynasty(1392—1910).The researches in academic circles mainly focuses on the origins of the Songs,historical background,thoughts and contents.Whilethe researches on receiving Chinese classic literature are few.The Song of the DPRK Dynasty(1392—1910)was influenced deeply by Chinese classic literature in the process of forming,developing and maturing.However,the researches on it are not deep and in the initial stage.Developing Song means the songs created from the times of Yeonsangun of Josean’s(1476-1506)to the period of Nonchen Japanese chaos(1592-1598).During the 100 years,with the beginning of Ten Thousand Angry Songs by Cao Wei(1454-1503),the Songs were developed truly and brought to the summit by the creations of ZhengZhe(1536-1593).Heretofore 21 Developing songs admitted by the academic circles were affected respectively by Chinese classic literature.On this account,the paper inspects the relation between developing songs and Chinese classic literature,analyses the characteristics of Developing Songs in receiving Chinese classic literature,and discusses the importance of Chinese classic literature in the process of The Songs’forming and developing in the DPRK Dynasty(1392—1910).The paper selects three kinds of Developing Songs’ representative works,including five songs of leisure,three songs about love of emperors and five songs of moral judgment.Based on influential research of comparative literature,the paper analyses the relation between Developing Songs and Chinese classic literature and theirs historical meanings.The paper consists of four chapters:Chapter One is the introduction to the paper.First of all,it narrates briefly the characteristics of cultural spreading and Chinese literature’s influences on songs.Secondly,it sorts data about the research on Developing Songs and has a good knowledge of research findings and the shortcomings of them,which guides directions for the paper.Last but not least,it defines the research object and points out the ways of research as well as narrates briefly the goals of research.Chapter Two is the relation between Developing Songs and Chinese classic literature.It analyses the relation of it by selecting three representative works:songs of leisure,songs about love of emperors and songs of moral judgment.As for songs of leisure,the five examples are Li Xu(1484-?)’s Songs of Expressing Ambitions,Li Er((1536-1584)’s Songs of Expressing Ambitions,Li Kuang(1501-1570)’s Songs of Returning to the River,Xu Jiang’s Songs of Farewell to the West Lake,Song Chun(1493-1583)’s Songs of Wan Yang Ting Pavilion.It systematically analyses the relation betweenDeveloping Songs and Chinese classic literature.On songs about love of emperors,it analyses the relation with the culture of Qu Yuan(340BC-278BC)by selecting Cao Wei(1454-1503)’s Ten Thousand Angry Songs and ZhengChe((1536-1593)’s Song of Missing the Beauty and Song of Missing the Beauty Again.About songs of moral judgment,it chooses Li Kuang((1501-1570)’s Song of Guqin,Song of Moral and Song of Husking Grain with Mortar and Pestle as well as Song of the Filial Friend to analyses the association with Chinese Confucian Classics.Futhermore,it inspects Confucian Classics’ influences on songs of moral judgment in aspects of literary forms and literariness of classics.Chapter Three is the meaning of Developing Songs in receiving Chinese classic literature.It discusses the three kinds of representative Developing Songs’characteristics and meanings in the period of expansion in the view of receiving.Chapter Four is the conclusion.In the first place,it concludes the characteristics of the relation between Developing Songs and Chinese classic literature.As for a further comment,it inspects Chinese classic literature’s influences on Korean literature in in the DPRK Dynasty(1392—1910).As a result,it points out the shortcomings of the research and the problems to be solved in the future.
