Research On The Application Of Public Art In Colleges And Universities

With higher education receiving more and more attention in the new era,the demand of the state and society for high-quality talents is increasing,and the construction of colleges and universities is also facing new demands.Colleges and universities must not only create a good and open learning environment.It is also necessary to develop the campus construction for the purpose of serving the country and the society.The entry of public art into the campus provides an important guarantee for the construction and development of university campuses.The space planning and arrangement of university campus are mainly expressed through public art.The public art of campus plays an important role in improving the cultural quality of campus and shaping the humanistic atmosphere.This article first through the analysis of the theory of public art,from the perspective of public art of university campus,combining with the new requirements put forward by the state in the new era of quality education,to compare the design and development of public art in university campus at home and abroad.The author combs the research system of campus public art and probes into the significance of campus public art from a new perspective.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the Jilin Agricultural University,it deeply analyzes the design meaning of existing public art on campus(such as landscape,sculpture,architecture,campus public facilities,etc.)and the role of teachers and students in ideological and cultural guidance.It also summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,deepens the influence of the public art of Jilin Agricultural University on the audience and the audience’s understanding of the public art needs of the campus,and provides the basis for the planning and design of the public art on the campus of Jilin Agricultural University.Finally,the most reasonable design concept is integrated into the public space environment of the campus,and combined with the general information and investigation conclusions,the feasibility planning plan for the campus space construction of the school is put forward,so that the campus is rejuvenated with new vitality.
