A Brief Analysis Of Jinci Painted Statues And My Personal Project

Sculpture,as an extremely important subject of art,has existed in human civilization for thousands of years,and ancient Chinese painted sculpture is unique in the world art history because of its outstanding art form.As the most famous sculpture of Song Dynasty,The Hall of a Female Deity in Jin Memorial Temple is the model of ancient Chinese secular sculpture.The author focuses on the study of painted sculpture of The Hall of a Female Deity,including the exploration of the form of color,the unique picturesque mold and the freehand spirit.The painted sculpture of The Hall of a Female Deity in Jin Memorial Temple in Song Dynasty plays an important role in the history of Chinese sculpture.The spirit and cultural of sculpture is worth learning for later generations.Influenced by Chinese traditional culture,the author starts from the study of the origin of painted sculpture to the study of The Hall of a Female Deity in Jin Memorial Temple in order to explore its unique artistic form.The realistic painted sculpture in The Hall of a Female Deity has got rid of the form of religious sculpture before Song Dynasty.Besides,the secularization and the spiritual expression of human nature are more prominent.So the author intends to explore the cultural foundation of the painted sculpture of The Hall of a Female Deity and finally tries to integrate the excellent cultural treasure into the author’s own project.It is hoped that this paper will help to spread traditional Chinese sculpture culture so that more and more people can understand and appreciate Chinese sculpture.At the same time,traditional Chinese culture can be widely spread.
