| Buddhism is a foreign religion,but it has far-reaching influence on the literature and art of Chinese scholars.During the Northern and Southern Dynasties,Buddhism was particularly prosperous,and it once set off a craze for the Buddha.Buddhists translated a large number of Buddhist scriptures for the purpose of propaganda and teaching,and the spread of Buddhist scriptures influenced the creation of novels.This created conditions for the literati at that time to organize the story of the Buddha.This article selects the Buddhist stories of "XuanYan Ji" and "You Ming Lu" to study and analyze the types,artistic characteristics,values and other related issues.In the introduction part,the classification and research results of Liu Yiqing and his "Xuan Yan Ji" and "You Ming Lu" are classified.The first chapter combs the life experience and writings of the editor Liu Yiqing and analyzes Liu Yiqing’s thoughts.In addition,in the context of the political culture and society of the Southern Dynasties,combined with the spread of Buddhism,the paper analyzes the background of the two books of the "Xuan Yan Ji" and "You Ming Lu" and sorts out the problems of recording,volume and compilation.The second chapter analyzes the text of the story.The Buddhist stories of Liu Yiqing’s mysterious novels are divided into four categories according to the theme of life and death,karma,karma,and Buddhism.A detailed analysis of the content of the story,pointing out its story writing mode,the analysis of the text writing clearly reflects the purpose.Through the analysis of the texts of these Buddhist stories,we can see that these Buddhist scriptures are not all purely embodying Buddhist teachings,but products that are further integrated with Chinese traditional ethical culture and Confucianism and Taoism,reflecting the universal belief of the overwhelming majority of the people.The third chapter discusses the artistic characteristics of the Buddhist stories of Liu Yiqing’s mysterious novels.First of all,it reflects the innovation of the narrative mode;secondly,the witty and bright language style,and the simple and elegant meaning of the Buddhist language.Finally,I pointed out the concept of time and space displayed by these Buddhist stories and the renewal of the concept of creation of Chinese novels.The fourth chapter discusses the value of the Buddhist story of Liu Yiqing’s mysterious novels.First of all,the value of historical materials is reflected in the historical events and historical figures involved in the period of Liu Yiqing’s life in the Jin and Song Dynasties.Most of the historical figures and social customs are preserved and recorded.Secondly,these Buddhist stories are produced in the context of the Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,and analyze the traces of Confucianism,Taoism and Buddhism.Finally,most of these Buddhist stories are inspired by the story of the Buddhist scriptures on the basis of the Buddhist scriptures,which provide reference for later generations of literary creation and have literary value.The conclusion part summarizes the full text. |
