| In order to achieve the goal of cultivating students’ comprehensive language use ability stipulated in the new curriculum standard and promoting students’ active learning and self development,cultivating and improving junior high school students’ interest in English learning are important subjects that we must pay attention to.Aiming at the current situation of lack of interest in junior high school English learning in China,combined with theoretical and practical research,this study takes junior high school students and junior high school English subjects as research objects to explore the cultivation of learning interest.This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant concepts and characteristics of learning interest,summarizes the concepts of English learning interest and seeks theoretical support and basis from five aspects: hierarchy of needs theory,humanistic learning theory,constructivism learning theory,“affective filter” hypothesis and stealing pleasure education thought.Literature review is conducted on the research on cultivating the interest of junior high school students in English learning at home and abroad.By combining the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation,this paper analyzes the performance of junior high school English subjects and junior high school students’ interest in English learning,and discusses the main factors influencing junior high school students’ interest in English learning.The author is committed to constructing a teaching system to cultivate junior high school students’ interest in English learning from the four main aspects of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation.On the basis of theoretical and practical research,this paper puts forward several effective ways to cultivate the interest of junior high school students in English learning.On the basis of predecessors,this paper has carried out a relatively comprehensive research.The teaching system proposed from four perspectives of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation has a profound theoretical basis of pedagogy,and is also the innovation of this study.From the perspective of lifelong education and lifelong development,interest would help students have active learning and self development and form the good habit of lifelong learning.The author hopes that this study can provide guidance to junior high school English classroom practice and provide a reference for teaching interaction between teachers and students.Implementing the core Ideas of new curriculum and new curriculum standard,causes the student to learn English happily,which is the essence of the pursuit of progress. |
