Investigation And Research On Stele Inscriptions Of Jiaozuo Mosque In Henan Province In Ming And Qing Dynasties

As one of the most populous minorities in China,Hui Zu plays an important role in Chinese history and culture.Islam is one of the three major religions in the world.Mosque,as an important religious building of Islam,is of great significance to Hui Muslims.China has a long history of stele inscriptions,as early as the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,there were stele inscriptions.As an important carrier of describing history in ancient China,stele inscriptions not only have the function of recording,but also have artistic and cultural connotations with the progress of history.Mosque stele carvings are have very high research value.At present,there are relatively few statistical works on regional mosque inscriptions in academic circles.Based on the statistics,classification and collation of the relevant data,and then the specific situation of field investigation,a large number of tablet photographs were taken,and then summarized on the basis of data integration and field investigation.This article mainly includes the following three aspects:Firstly,by consulting relevant documents and materials,this paper briefly introduces the history of Islamic mosques,inscriptions and Jiaozuo,which paves the way for the full text.At the same time,the field survey shows that the number of mosque inscriptions in Jiaozuo area in Ming and Qing dynasties is 15,and that in Mongolian and Yuan dynasties is 1.And make a detailed record of the form,content and age of each inscription.After on-the-spot investigation,the status quo and environment of the preservation of stele inscriptions are recorded,and a large number of stele inscriptions are taken.The inscriptions are classified into four categories:evolution,characters,propaganda and missing inscriptions.By consulting ancient books and related books,the inscriptions of each stone inscription are translated,sorted out into modern Chinese and excerpted later.Finally,it introduces the important historical value and cultural connotation of mosque inscriptions,and illustrates the importance of protecting mosque inscriptions to the study of Hui history in Ming and Qing Dynasties and Hui activities in Jiaozuo area.Secondly,after on-the-spot investigation and specific contact with the status quo of the mosqueinscription preservation,combined with the current research results of cultural relics protection and the methods of cultural relics protection,drawing on the suggestions on the protection of the Taiqing Palace inscription,this paper puts forward feasible methods for the protection of these mosque inscriptions.
