Influence Of Hospital Guidance System On Patients’ Medical Experience

With the continuous progress and development of modern medical services,the increasing contradiction between the demand for medical treatment and the supply and demand of medical resources provided by the hospital is becoming more and more obvious.The number of medical services is increasing year by year and the demand for medical service is increasing.Nowadays.in order to respond to the national call,the hospital actively promotes the level of medical service and introduces a large number of new medical equipment.The planned functional zoning is becoming more and more complex and the area of the hospital is becoming more and more large.The existing hospital guidance system has not met the patient’s medical requirements,which seriously affects the patient’s medical experience.And with the development of the Internet age,mobile Internet technology is becoming more and more mature,people are increasingly relying on mobile oriented software,which have forced the hospital guidance system to do further innovation.From the angle of improving the quality of hospital service and improving the efficiency of hospital medical treatment,this paper first combs the research status of hospital guidance system at home and abroad,and probes into the concept,characteristics,classification and function of the hospital oriented system,which is a comprehensive analysis and study of the existing hospital oriented system.Secondly,the patient’s medical experience is explored.From the perspective of medical psychology and visual psychology,we analyzed the mood of patients during their medical treatment,and analyzed their behavior from the perspective of ergonomics.Based on the factors affecting the patient’s medical experience satisfaction,the psychological and physiological effects of the existing hospital guidance system on the patient’s medical experience were analyzed by the data from the Hongkong North Lantau hospital and No.3 Hospital of Peking University.After that,the existing problems of the hospital guidance system in China are further obtained,and the new trend of the future hospital oriented service innovation and upgrading is put forward,that is,the traditional hospital oriented system is designed and improved by the advantage of the mobile Internet.By combining the traditional offline way with the online application of the Internet age,the patient will be able to master the medical situation at any time and assist the user to complete the whole process of seeing the doctor efficiently,so as to improve the medical experience.Finally,based on the above theory,we get the implementation plan of the research and Design--interactive online hospital guidance system.According to the specific process of design,the whole process of patient’s medical treatment,information architecture design,process design and final visual presentation are described in detail.Combining theory with design,it will provide a reference for later researchers,and provide reference for future hospital oriented system reform and development.
