Erhu suite “Tathagata Dream” was created in the 1990 s.It is a Buddhist musical work written by the composer Mr.Liu Wenjin. Its content originates from a novel “Pao Xiu Luo Lan” which contains Buddhist philosophy.“Tathagata Tibet-Pao Xiu Luo Lan” is the last song of the whole suite. In terms of ideological connotation,it summarizes the spiritual essence of “truth, goodness and beauty” through unremitting pursuit of truth.Based on the study and performance of Tathagata Tibet and the theory and practical experience of yoga, this paper explores how yoga learning can help performers better understand and perform works in actual performers from three aspects: body and mind, breathing control and meditation.Heart expresses this psychological understanding through music language. On December 1,2016,UNESCO recognized yoga as the intangible cultural heritage of mankind, believing that the great wisdom of yoga brings of life, just like yoga,it is a peaceful state of mind and a feeling of joy in life. The music is like the heart of the people, and the soul of music is the initial touching of life.
