| Trust is one of the most important social behaviors, and it is the basis of cooperative behavior. It has attracted continuous attention in the fields of psychology, economics and sociology.Victim sensitivity describes a strong emotional response to unfair situations or experiences, and a tendency to reflect on one’s own weaknesses in unfairness.Individual differences in victim sensitivity have cross-situational consistency and cross-temporal stability, and have a significant impact on individual behavior and health.Self-uncertainty is the individual’s attitude, belief, feeling to himself, his viewpoint to others and things, and his feeling to the uncertainty of his relationship with others. It includes two components: situation and characteristics. The stimulation of state self-uncertainty will affect the individual’s behavior and feelings. At present, there are few measuring tools with reliability and validity for victim sensitivity measurement in China, and there are few empirical studies on victim sensitivity and state self-uncertainty.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the effects of victim sensitivity and state self-uncertainty on trust behavior, and whether there is interaction between victim sensitivity and state self-uncertainty.Study 1: Translate the victim sensitivity subscale of Schmitt(2010)version of the Justice Sensitivity Scale to test its reliability and validity, and use it as an experimental tool for screening subjects in Study 2 and Study 3.Study 2: A two-level(victim sensitivity: high/low)single-factor design was used. The dependent variables are the amount of money sent out by the participants in the classical trust game, the amount expected to be returned and the reciprocal expectation of the players.Study 3: The experiment was designed with two factors(victim sensitivity: high/low)*2(self-uncertainty situation priming: treatment group/no-treatment group). The dependent variables are the amount of money sent out and the amount expected to be returned in the classical trust game.Through experimental research and data analysis, this study draws the following conclusions:(1)The revised victim sensitivity scale has good reliability and validity when applied to college students, and it is suitable for the measurement of individual victim sensitivity.(2)In general situations, victim sensitivity has a significant impact on individual trust behavior, that is,compared with low victim sensitivity individuals, high victim sensitivity individuals have less trust behavior;(3)State self-uncertainty has a significant impact on individual trust behavior, that is,individuals with state self-uncertainty have fewer trust behaviors than individuals without state self-uncertainty.(4)When an individual is in a state of self-uncertainty,victim sensitivity has no significant effect on individual trust behavior, and there is no significant difference between high-victim-sensitive individuals and low-victim-sensitive individuals in trust behavior.(5)There is interaction between state self-uncertainty individuals and victim sensitivity on individual trust behavior.Compared with high victim-sensitivity individuals, low victim-sensitivity individuals reduce more trust behavior when they are in state self-uncertainty. |
