The ethnic culture is the blood of the soul of God's homeland.“One country,one region can't have no soul”,this is the new era that Xi-Jinping of the people's Republic of China has called the nobler and deeper view of the spiritualists common to all ethnic groups,known as the “Rongshui miao autonomous county of baijie township”,the culture of lusheng dance is a typical example of the development of the ethnic culture,which is a national culture shared by all ethnic groups in the process of urbanization and the development of the lusheng dance culture.You can change when you know what's normal.Taking the experience ofthe Rongshui county as the starting point,this paper takes the lusheng dance normal activity as the main line of study,focusing on the development point of lusheng dance normality in Rongshui county,the participants of realizing creation,development and creative transformation of cultural resources put forward corresponding countermeasures.The positive exploration and practice of the soft power of Rongshui' ethnic culture,with a view to further deepen the common understanding of the construction of nation co-ownership,active and innovation creation of all ethnic groups living together to build and share the ranks,strong sense of national culture and self-confidence.The first chapter,of this paper introduces the origin and meaning of the topic,summarizes the development of the research on the culture of lusheng dance at home and abroad,introduces the method and content of this research,and the innovation points of the article,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis.The second chapter introduces the three stages of Rongshui county's lushneg dance reform from the the source of lusheng dance reform,clarify the process of reform and innovation practice of lusheng dance culture in Rongshui county,the historical position and the value of the times of the development of lusheng dance culture.The third chapter summarizes the general situation of the field point and introduces the rise of the normal activities of lusheng dance in Rongshui county,the extraordinary characteristics of folk lusheng dance and the radiation in and out of the county of lusheng dance.Chapter IV through the “human-centered” thinking,from the audience perspective,lusheng team perspective,event organizer perspective,from the perspective of family education,this paper summarizes the difficulties in promoting the normal development of lusheng dance,and then analyzes the reasons of its problems from the economic,political,cultural and social aspects.Chapter V is a question-oriented overall strategic layout of the construction of an advanced socialist culture with national characteristics from the perspective of the state,society,family and individuals,from the aspects of the party's policy guidance,the strengthening of government leadership,the establishment of social talent pool,and the co-operation of family and school education,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problem.
