A Study On The Exposition Of The Three Eastern Provinces In1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition

This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter briefly introduces the background of the three eastern provinces participating in the Panamanian Pacific International Expo: the reasons why the United States hosted the fair and the United States actively invited China to take part in the competition.China decided to participate in the event on a national basis and in the northeast on a regional basis.The second chapter is the core of this article,focusing on the preparation of the three provinces.First of all,the Chinese government at the beginning of the Republic of China paid special attention to the Expo,set up the Bureau of preparation for the Bana Games,guided the preparation of the whole country,made clear the objectives of the competition,formulated various rules and regulations,standardized the collection of exhibits,and urged the provinces to set up an association for the production of goods.Under the influence of the Bureau of preparing for the Panamanian Competition Bureau,the government of the three eastern provinces paid special attention to the BExpo.In Fengtian,Jilin and Heilongjiang,respectively,a production association was set up(because of the lack of funds in Heilongjiang,and after the establishment of the association,it was abolished),and the collection of exhibits was solicited.Select the exhibits and open the exhibition.The third chapter is the difficulty of this article,first of all,the three eastern provinces compete in the area,China takes the country as the unit,the eastern three provinces as part of the Chinese pavilion,there is no separate exhibition hall according to the region.Instead,the east three provinces are divided into eight Chinese pavilions,so the influence of the east three provinces’ exhibits can only be seen from the feedback of the Chinese exhibits.The third chapter focuses on combing the relationship between countries and regions,describing the situation of China’s exhibition at the BExpo,and the reaction of the exhibits of the three eastern provinces in the BExpo.The exhibits of the three eastern provinces have been awarded awards in varying degrees.The fourth chapter focuses on the impact of the participation of the three eastern provinces in the BExpo.East three provinces export bulk products for soybeans,if the sale of soybeans to Europe and the United States,not only open up the European andAmerican markets,but also for the products of the three Eastern provinces to compete for honor,Yangguowei.This paper focuses on the improvement and utilization of soybean in Northeast China,and realizes that the cotton yield of the three provinces is low,which requires a large number of imported cotton cloth every year.In this respect,cotton should be planted widely in order to claim the right to benefit.Although there are problems in the process of competition,but the competition supervision,and the race personnel are also very hard to fight,and under the historical conditions at that time,due to a number of factors,the results achieved at the Panama Games have not really been.Yi,we should not be too critical.In a word,the economic development,the attention of the government,the seriousness and efforts of the participants are the important reasons for the success of China’s participation in the BExpo in the beginning of the Republic of China.This exhibition not only left a great deal of ink in the history of the China Expo,but also a magnificent chapter in the history of the three eastern provinces participating in the Expo.
