Ethical Review On Public Spirit In Contemporary China

Based on the perspective of ethics,public spirit is mainly manifested as "moral subjectivity" on the basis of "ethical identity".Among them,"ethical identity" focuses on describing people’s identification of public values formed among each other in the common living environment,while "moral subjectivity" focuses on describing personal qualities that internalize the public value identity and can finally be implemented into practical activities.From this point of view,the development of public spirit in contemporary China has experienced three stages successively: the promotion of the reconstruction of "ethical identity",the twists and turns of the absence of "moral subjectivity",and the purpose of the organic unification of the two.The unique development process and social background of the public spirit in contemporary China make its characteristics mainly manifested in the following three aspects: firstly,take the socialist public ownership as the premise;Secondly,people’s democracy is the main guarantee;Thirdly,the spirit of collectivism.Reviewing the development of public spirit in contemporary China,the main construction experience in the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the socialist market economy for citizens "moral identity" and "moral subjectivity" ascension has played a positive role in,and existing problems are: firstly,ignore the cultural construction of "moral identity" positive influence;Secondly,the network ecological environment imbalance affects the establishment of "moral subjectivity";Thirdly,the underdevelopment of public life affects the combination of "ethical identity" and "moral subjectivity".Therefore,in order to further enrich and develop the public spirit in contemporary China,we should start from the three aspects of cultural network ecological environment and public life,so as to meet the urgent requirements of the development of public spirit in contemporary China.In cultural construction,we should actively cultivate and carry forward the socialist core values,and consolidate the "ethical identity" of citizens.In the aspect of network environment,a healthy network ecological environment should be created to lay a foundation for the further deepening of "moral subjectivity".In the field of public life,we should try our best to expand its scope,and provide realistic conditions for the combination of citizen’s "ethical identity" and "moral subjectivity".
