| Among the national juvenile crimes in 2016-2017,68.08%of the accused were junior high school students.Early research found that although there is no necessary causal relationship between adolescent aggression and violence and crime,its aggression has a predictive effect on violence and criminal behavior.Therefore,aggression is a risk factor affecting the healthy development of adolescents’ physical and mental health.As an important part of the youth group,the work-study students need to pay special attention to their mental health level and development status.Through research,it is found that the main reasons for the high aggression behavior of the students are the higher levels of emotional arousal and lower emotional intelligence scores.The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth study by case method to explore the background,process and causes of high-attack students’aggressive behaviors in a work-study school in Hubei,so as to enrich the relevant research on the behavior of the students in the work-study group;Through the sand table intervention,reduce the aggression behavior of students and students,improve the mental health of students,and then contribute to the overall development of all young people.In this study,the BAPQ Aggressive Behavior Scale was used to test all 56 students in a working school in Hubei Province,and 43 questionnaires were collected.Four high-aggressive individuals were selected according to the voluntary principle,and in-depth interviews were used to understand the attack behavior of the four cases.Each case was interviewed 6-8 times,20-30 minutes each time,and a total of 115,000 words were obtained.On the basis of the interviews,the study also conducted a sand table intervention on the attack behavior of four cases,each of which performed 6-8 times of sand table therapy for 30 minutes each time.turn out:(1).Factors affecting the aggression behavior of students are individual factors,family factors,and school factors.In terms of individual factors,boys are more aggressive than women,boys take more direct physical attacks,girls use indirect attacks;upper grades are more aggressive than lower grades;lower empathy,external attribution,Low self-esteem and childhood trauma can lead to high aggression for working students.In terms of family factors,family incomplete and alienated parenting styles are all risk factors affecting the aggression behavior of students;in terms of school factors,low academic performance,low teacher-student interaction,and peer relationships can affect the aggression behavior of students.(2).The attack behavior of four working students has certain strategies:groups or individuals in a strong position are more likely to take direct attacks and use less indirect attacks;groups or individuals in the middle position generally have less strong motivation to attack.Others;the way in which disadvantaged groups or individuals take is mostly obedience and obedience;(3).The purpose of the four work-study attacks is to reduce anxiety,vent,compose companions,and gain material benefits;however,their aggressive behavior also produces negative effects of anxiety,enemies,and expanded conflicts.(4).The sandbox intervention of the four working students is generally effective.After several sandbox games for the four visitors,the students X,L,and C have a tendency to transform and integrate,but the sandbox intervention effect It was also affected by family events,peers and peer groups during the intervention,and the number of interruptions and interviews during the sand table.Therefore,the effect of student Y’s sand table intervention was not obvious.In general,this study reveals the characteristics and influencing factors of the aggression behavior of the students through four cases,and explores the effect of the sandbox therapy that interferes with the aggression behavior of the students,and explores and intervenes the students for the future.Aggressive behavior provides richer and more intensive information. |
