| The relationship between ethnic identity and subjective well-being has been a hot topic in the cross-cultural field in recent years.Especially for college students who are facing the dual pressure of academic and employment,ethnic identity can affect the mental health and happiness experience of Minority College students directly or indirectly.China is a unified multi-ethnic country.Qinghai province is one of the multi-ethnic areas in China.Tibetans,as the largest minority group,have their own culture,customs and habits,which will enable Tibetan college students to gain support from their own ethnic groups in their development,and then affect their mental health and subjective well-being.Hunter and others believe that different levels of resilience have different adaptations to crisis situations and different social support.This study takes social support and resilience as important factors in the study of the relationship between ethnic identity and subjective well-being.It puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the well-being experience of Tibetan College students,to improve their life adaptability and social adaptability,to promote the formation of positive ethnic identity of Tibetan College students,and to promote social stability and harmony.This study randomly selected 600 Tibetan college students in a province as the research object,using Tibetan college students’ national identity questionnaire,social support rating scale,adolescent resilience scale,subjective well-being questionnaire for psychological testing.This paper aims to analyze the general situation of Tibetan college students’ ethnic identity,social support,psychological resilience and subjective well-being,and whether there are differences in demographic variables,and to explore the role of social support and psychological resilience in the relationship between ethnic identity and subjective well-being,so as to construct a model of the relationship among ethnic identity,social support,psychological resilience and subjective well-being.The conclusions are as follows: 1.On the whole,the level of ethnic identity,social support,resilience and subjective well-being of Tibetan college students are higher than the medium level.2.There is a significant positive correlation between ethnic identity,social support,resilience and subjective well-being of Tibetan College students.And national identity has a significant positive predictive effect on social support,resilience and subjective well-being;social support has a significant positive predictive effect on resilience and subjective well-being;resilience has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being.3.National identity plays an indirect role in Tibetan college students’ subjective well-being,in which social support and psychological resilience play a role of transmission.The higher the level of national identity,the higher the level of social support and resilience will be,so as to the higher the level of subjective well-being.4.Psychological resilience not only mediates social support and subjective well-being,but also regulates social support and subjective well-being. |
