Industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and human capital is closely related to business operations,which concerns the long-term development of enterprises.How to effectively improve employees’ willingness to stay,especially important talents and business backbones,is the focus of the enterprise and human resources departments,the incentive system plays a huge role in the process of employee satisfaction improvement.However,since the resources are limited,certain budget constraints will occur when implementing financial incentives;different types of employees,corresponding to differentiated incentives,can make the most appropriate use of the resources of the enterprise,and achieve the most Good results.In this context,this thesis takes a large-scale cultural media enterprise as an example to study how companies can maximize the effectiveness of incentive systems under limited resources to retain enterprises.Important human capital to maintain the company’s high competitiveness and growth.On the basis of discussing relevant literatures such as arbitrariness and incentive system,this paper chooses workers in a culture media enterprise as objects of study and uses personal attributes and other job opportunities as control variables,and uses regression analysis to explore the influence of incentive system on the arbitrariness of cultural media companies,and the role conflict perception culture.The influence of any professional wish of the media enterprise personnel.Through the analysis and analysis of the data,the results of the study found that:the overall satisfaction of the cultural media enterprise personnel on the implementation of the incentive system There is a significant positive impact on the organization of personnel,and the satisfaction of the cultural media enterprise personnel in the implementation of the intrinsic work characteristics incentives of the enterprise has a significant positive impact on the organization’s organizational willingness;cultural media enterprise personnel to the enterprise The satisfaction of implementing the internal working partner incentives has no significant impact on the organization’s organizational willingness;the cultural media enterprise personnel’s willingness to remain,the demand for internal incentives(work characteristics,work partners)is significantly higher than external incentives The demand(financial,non-financial);the cognition of the role conflicts of cultural media companies has no significant impact on their professional willingness to stay.This study also proposes to improve the organization of cultural media companies to retain and arbitrarily wish for the program,as a reference for C companies and their similar enterprises.
