Research On Care Ethics In Micro-Public Welfare

Micro-public welfare is a kind of practical and altruistic behavior that is fitted with virtual interactive network.Fusion between the two,The characteristics of immediacy,interactivity and grassroots of interactive networks have also become part of the characteristics of micro-public welfare development.The effective linkage of these characteristics ensures the achievement of the effective care effect of micro-public welfare,and promotes micro-public welfare to become an innovative form of public welfare.However,the misfortune and the dependence are the inevitable patterns in the development of any new thing.Since the emergence of micro-public welfare,it has also been a development and problem.In addition,some technical problems that exist in the mobile Internet itself that have not been optimized further deepen the public’s moral worries about whether the micro-public welfare can continue to develop in a healthy way.Based on this,this paper attempts to take the concern relationship formed in the process of interaction between the subjects of micro-philanthropy and moral participation from the perspective of care ethics,and seeks the ethical path of care for the healthy development of micro-public welfare.Firstly,according to the theoretical logic provided by the care ethics,the author analyzes the focus,trust,reflection of needs,and nuances of moral participation in the practice of micro-public welfare,and finds the ethical cause of difficulty in sustaining relationship between the micro-public moral participation participants.Secondly,the responsibility and obligation of the moral participation subject are clarified,according to the theoretical principles of improving and maintaining the relationship of care ethics.Finally,on the basis of rethinking the moral behavior of the micro-public moral participation subject,the theoretical construction of the micro-public welfare’s benign sustainable development is made from the aspects of the moral practice of the micro-public moral participation subject and the construction of the micro-public welfare rational rule system.The moral concerns of micro-public welfare are accumulated in the process of micro-public welfare development and belong to the problem of moral practice.Therefore,these concerns can only be solved reasonably through the continuous development of micro-public welfare.
