Study On The Application Of Regional Cultural Elements In The City Oriented Design Of Nanchang

Facing the continuous development of urbanization and the updating of human life style,people have deeper and more exquisite emotional needs for urban culture construction.Sign design is not only the important constituent element of urban culture construction,but also the important carrier of urban image and historical context.In this essay,the uses of elements of regional culture in sign design of Nanchang City is regarded as the research object.The essay has researched the existing sign facilities of Nanchang city,trying to inherit and learn the essence of Nanchang cultural elements,to combine with geographical and cultural elements and sign design of modern city,to give new vitality of the construction of sign design in Nanchang City.It enriches cultural heritage of Nanchang city,at the same time expands research and design practice of the regional culture in sign design of Nanchang city.This paper is divided into five chapters.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction of a comprehensive overview of the research background,status quo,research purpose and significance,research methods and innovation about the regional culture in sign design of Nanchang.The second chapter is the analysis of Nanchang cultural elements and the concepts of urban sign design,and the analysis about the relationship between Nanchang cultural elements with urban sign design.The third chapter is the key chapter of this essay.It mainly analyzes the specific application of the red cultural elements,the historical context elements and the ecological elements and the dialect slang elements that extracted from the regional culture in Nanchang in urban sign design.In addition,It is demonstrated through the design case.The fourth chapter,on the basis of specific application,expounds the importance of regional culture elements in the application of urban sign design in Nanchang from three aspects: social value,economic value and cultural value.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the academic views and central ideas of the full text.The innovation of this essay is to consider improvement of the overall image of Nanchang as the starting point to rethink sign design of Nanchang from the perspective of regional culture in the context of the current era.Firstly,the essay explores urban sign design of Nanchang and to rich connotation of the visual image of the city of Nanchang from the perspective of cultural communication and aesthetics.Secondly,the elements of regional culture and urban sign design of Nanchang are combined to exert the special value of communication of urban sign system and to provide more possibilities for the creative expression of sign design of Nanchang.Finally,the essay puts forward the improvement of sign design from the four aspects of the red culture,history and culture,ecological waterscape,the local dialect slang,which carries forward the local culture.
