Research On Safeguarding Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage And Tourism Development Under The Participation Of Communities

The Intangible cultural heritage is an important spiritual and cultural resource formed by human society in continuous development.It is a full embodiment of human cultural diversity.In the context of globalization,safeguarding and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage faces a severe situation due to the lack of effective means of safeguarding.There are a large number of Intangible cultural heritage resources in rural areas of China.With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the rapid development of rural tourism,it is of more and more important practical significance to conduct multidimensional research on the material and intangible cultural heritage preserved in China's rural areas.It not be ignored the role of the community whether it is material cultural heritage or of the intangible cultural heritage.Especially in the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage,according to Convention For The Safeguarding Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage,communities must participate in the determination of value,the management of projects,and the main force for safeguarding.Participation of communities are an effective way to promote the inheritance and value realization of safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage.This paper is based on Xingcun Village,Songyang County.With theperspective of community participation,on the basis of clarifying the community concept of safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage,the Xingcun Brown Sugar Workshop,which is the carrier of safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development,explains how the community can realize the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development through the brown sugar workshop.Based on the particularity of the community in the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage,this paper explores the participation,recognition and subjectivity of community residents in the process of safeguarding and development,and reflects on how the community can better participate in the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development.The main contents are as follows:The first part is an introduction.This section mainly explains the background and research significance of the topic.To discuss and summarize the community's understanding,the participation of communities in the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage,the participation of communities in tourism development,and the relationship of safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development which lay the foundation for the research of this paper.The community and the brown sugar workshop were defined and explained.The second part of the Xingcun profile.This section introduces the natural geography and historical and humanistic environment of Xingcun.At the same time,the traditional brown sugar production techniques of Xingcun and other intangible cultural heritage resources were briefly introduced.The third part is about the ways in which Xingcun community participates in the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development.The Brown Sugar Workshop is the core carrier of the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development of Xingcun Community.This section mainly explains how residents of Xingcun community with the brown sugar workshop to participate in thesafeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development,and the results achieved in the whole process of participation,based on the relevant information obtained during the field process,which the process of the establishment of the brown sugar workshop,the status quo,etc.The fourth part is about the problems and countermeasures of the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development under the participation of Xingcun community.This section explains the issues and proposes relevant recommendations and countermeasures throughout the participation of communities process.To enable residents to voluntarily safeguarding the local intangible cultural heritage while gaining economic benefits.The fifth part is the thoughts on participation of communities,in the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development.It is of great significance for the community to participate in the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development.Based on the above discussion,have a new understanding of the subjective status and the cultural identity of the community,with the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and tourism development in which the participation of the communities.
