| At present,China is in the critical period of economic transformation from "Made in China" to "Created in China".With its advantages of high added value, low environmental pollution, strong knowledge and strong integration, the cultural industry has become an important engine of economic development in China’s new era.In order to promote the development of the cultural industry and enhance the competitiveness of the cultural industry, the government has introduced various support policies to promote the construction of cultural industrial parks and other forms of cultural industry clusters. These measures have continued to increase the concentration of cultural industries in geospatial.Through theoretical research, this paper finds that the cultural industry agglomeration not only has a positive impetus to the promotion of cultural industry competitiveness, but also has certain obstacles to the improvement of cultural industry competitiveness due to "crowding effect" and "path dependence".Based on this, this paper examines the development of China’s cultural industry based on the relevant data of cultural industries in 30 provinces(excluding Tibet)from 2012 to 2017,combined with the relevant theories of industrial agglomeration and competitiveness.Firstly, this paper measures the agglomeration of China’s cultural industry by calculating the location entropy and the dynamic industry agglomeration index.Secondly, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of cultural industry competitiveness, and measures the level of cultural industry competitiveness of provinces in China through time series global principal component analysis.Thirdly, this paper uses the gray correlation analysis method to explore the correlation between the three expressions of cultural industry agglomeration and the level of cultural industry competitiveness. Finally,by constructing the agglomeration elasticity of cultural industry competitiveness, with 2012 as the base period and 2017 as the current period, this paper examines the relationship between the two to verify the actual effect of China’s cultural industry agglomeration on the competitiveness of cultural industry. The conclusions of this study are mainly as follows:(1)The development of cultural industries has great spatial differences;(2)The degree of agglomeration of China’s cultural industry is generally low;(3)The ranking of cultural industry competitiveness of various provinces in China is relatively stable, and the cultural industry is in a resource-dependent development mode;(4)From a national perspective, the relationship between the concentration of cultural industry employees and the level of cultural industry competitiveness is the most significant;(5)At present, the role of China’s cultural industry agglomeration in promoting the competitiveness of cultural industries is not obvious. In response to the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the following suggestions in combination with the actual situation:(1)Improve and formulate relevant policies to promote the development of cultural industry agglomeration;(2)Promote differentiated development and build a cultural industry cluster with regional characteristics;(3)ndustrial upgrading drives industrial transfer and promotes the overall development of cultural industries;(4)Inspire market regulation and improve the efficiency of cultural industry operations;(5)Strengthen the cultivation of professional talents and create a good environment for cultural industry research and development. |
