Study On The Emotional Expression Of "Tree" Image In Landscape Painting

As the most common thing in nature,"tree" is closely related to the existence of life.It has become the main object of expression in many artists paintings.The formal beauty and symbolic significance of trees provide inspiration and emotional expression basis for artists to create scenery.They use trees to convey their feelings,express their aspirations and draw their hearts.With the help of the objective image of "tree",the artist expresses his perception of nature,expresses his feelings by borrowing objects and scenery.The world is big and cultures are different.In the history of art development,there are thousands of paintings about trees.Different artists have different forms of expression of trees.But when choosing trees as objects of expression,artists must regard them as carriers to convey their inner feelings.Artists have different feelings for the expression of trees in their works.By analyzing the emotional expression of "tree" in these artists’ works,this paper understands the emotions and thoughts conveyed by "tree" in artists’ works,and demonstrates the emotional expression and special significance of different painting modes to "tree" in works by combining with a series of works "dense forest".I hope to have a broader thinking on the form of landscape painting,a more detailed understanding of the creative techniques and emotional expression of "tree",broaden the field of artistic expression,and have a deeper thinking on man and nature.Through the combination of theory and creative practice,this paper discusses it from five aspects.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the purpose of the topic,the significance of the study,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,as well as the purpose and content.The second chapter is the theoretical background.This part discusses the definition of landscape painting and the traceability of the image of "tree" in landscape painting.Tree,as the medium of artist’s attachment to scenery,plays different roles and images in different painters’ works.Finally,it summarizes the definition and function of emotion in painting creation.Emotion is the soul of artistic creation and the talent of artistic works with emotion.Reflect the artist’s inner world and pass it on to the viewer.The third chapter mainly analyses the emotion conveyed by the "tree" in artists’ works from two parts.First,it classifies the emotion expressed by the "tree" in some artists’ works.Secondly,it analyses the artists’ different ways of expressing the "tree",and the different emotions conveyed by the tree’s morphological characteristics,the color expression of the tree and the brush strokes.Chapter Ⅳ is a practical exposition of the series of "Milin".Firstly,it is the source of inspiration for creation.As the largest form of life in nature,tree has its unique form beauty,which makes the author create an impulse.At the same time,it explores the emotional expression of "tree" in the works through the selection of materials,the use of monochrome and the use of lines.Secondly,it details the works one by one.Detailed elaboration,express their feelings,and finally elaborate the problems encountered in the process of creation and the understanding and thinking of painting brought about by creation.
