The Construction And Presentation Of Emotion In Character Documentary Creation

Character documentary is a branch of documentary,it's taking "human" as the subject,the character's living conditions,life stories and living environment as the content.Through the lens screen to reappear the real characters and the scene,show the true feelings of the characters,and in order to wake up the emotional world of the audiences.Characters are the important carrier of emotion,emotion is the power that drives the deep connotation of the character documentary.The creation of character documentary conforms to the principle of authenticity,combine the emotional sustenance of the creator with the emotional expression of the subject,to achieve emotional communication with the audiences by means of audio-visual language,and then cause positive social effect.This article from the creation of the character documentary,through summarizing emotional characteristics which in the development process of character documentary,discusses the elements of emotional construction,the means of emotional construction and the specific ways of emotional presentation from three aspects.Taking the graduation work "The Old Barber of The Town" as an example,to deeply explore the value and significance of the emotional expression in art forms.I hope that this research can be carried out in theory and practice to jointly enrich the emotional construction and presentation in the creation of character documentary,and provides new ideas for the emotional expression of future character documentary.
