Ming Taizu Zhu Yuanzhang was a controversial historical figure,especially in the Qing Dynasty.All parties’ forces more or less used the image of Ming Taizu to conceal their own political demands.Therefore,studying the image of Taizu in the late Qing Dynasty can not only promote the understanding of the influence of Ming Taizu’s personal history,but also deepen the understanding of the history of the late Qing Dynasty from one aspect.This paper is divided into three parts.Starting from the historical image of Ming Taizu Zhu Yuanzhang before the late Qing Dynasty,he tries to summarize the different characteristics of different historical periods and explore the reasons.In the introduction part,the author summarizes the research on commemoration history in recent years,the study of memory in the late Qing Dynasty and the study of Zhu Yuanzhang’s personal image.It is believed that previous studies have paid more attention to the excavation and construction of the historical memory of the late Ming Dynasty in the late Qing Dynasty,which lacked the attention of historical figures in the early Ming Dynasty.The first chapter introduces several images of Ming Taizu in the early Qing Dynasty.The personal image of Ming Taizu changed in the Ming Dynasty with the change of the Ming Dynasty,and the image of his national hero began to appear in the late Ming Dynasty.After entering the Qing Dynasty,the emperor in the early Qing Dynasty was keen to shape the orthodox position of Ming Taizu,and declared that the Qing Dynasty was inherited from Ming.The folks have formed a unique Da Ming identity because they miss the "Da Ming clothing crown",and it is also a far-reaching cause for the resurrection of the national hero image of the late Qing dynasty.The Ming Taizu,who was written by the Ming Dynasty and the North Korean monarch,is an wise sage of the wise,so as to pin his memory of the ignorance.In the mid-Qing Dynasty’s neutral Confucian scholars,Ming Taizu’s historical image was controversial but always irrelevant to national heroes.The second chapter introduces the resurrection of the heroic image of the Taizu ancestors in the late Qing Dynasty.In the early Qing Dynasty,the uprising with the slogan of anti-Qing Fuming was always incessant.After Xianfeng,Hong Xiuquan claimed that he was a descendant of Zhu Ming and visited the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum to inspire the struggle against the Qing Dynasty with the image of Ming Taizu.On the occasion of the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895,Zong Fang Xiaotalang issued another article to discuss the essays,and encouraged the Han people to carry out the anti-Qing revolution with the image of Ming Taizu.The third chapter introduces the relationship between the image of Ming Taizu and the national revolution in the late Qing Dynasty.During the Reform Movement of 1898,the Reformists used the criticism of Ming Taizu to express their own views on reform.After the introduction of Western nationalism in 1900,the "Da Ming" identity gradually faded out,but the image of Ming Taizu’s national hero was more fixed and widely used.As for the beginning of the debate between Xinmin Congbao and the People’s Daily,the topic of whether or not the national revolution is needed has become a debate about the personal image of Ming Taizu.The revolutionaries beautified the image of Ming Taizu to enhance the rationality of the national revolution,while the constitutionalists believed that Ming Taizu was a tyrant and the revolutionary who accused Ming Taizu was a false republic.After the victory of the Revolution of 1911,Sun Yat-sen led the government officials to worship Ming Xiaoling,and the image of Ming Taizu reached a new high.
