Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic development in 40 years has gone through a hundred years of other countries are difficult to complete the development.The international share of GDP miraculously increased from 1.75% of the starting point of reform and opening-up to 15.168%,and the GDP increased by more than 80 times.But at the same time,China’s urban process has the problems of low development quality and urbanization rate,and an important institutional reason is the household registration management system.This system has its historical reasons,but with the development of The Times it has gradually become an obstacle to the process of urbanization.The urban-rural dual structure is also an important institutional background for migrant children.A large number of people from economically backward villages and towns into the city work and life,migrant workers migration mode change is followed by a large group of migrant children.As of 2017,the number of migrant children in compulsory education has reached 14.0663 million.Migrant children are often "passive migrants",who follow their families to strange cities,and it is a huge challenge for them to adapt to the city.Friends who have left their familiar hometown and grown up together need to adapt to the differences in education,culture,living environment,social norms and customs,etc.The early social accumulation and support system is almost gone except for their parents.Migrant children are often in a disadvantaged position in education,medical care and social recognition,and social exclusion is cruel and realistic for them.They often live alone outside their families,and lack a sense of belonging to their communities and cities.Without mature psychology,they often find it difficult to achieve better self-adjustment.The obstacles and difficulties in the process of urban adaptation will have a long-term and far-reaching impact on them who are in the critical period of physical and mental development,and leave many hidden dangers to their mental and personality health.The current achievements of China’s economic development cannot be achieved without the contribution of migrant children’s parents,and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation cannot be achieved without the contribution of tens of millions of migrant children in the future.A harmonious society and national happiness cannot leave a Chinese person behind.Migrant children are supposed to be the beneficiaries of the fruits of development,but due to various practical reasons,their psychological discomfort and difficulties in urban integration hinder their healthy growth.How to improve their psychological maladjustment and achieve better social integration has become particularly important and urgent at this time.The chapters are arranged as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper narrates the reason of choosing the topic,and analyzes the significance of the research from the realistic and academic aspects.Literature review mainly collects domestic research status and domestic scholars’ research literature on foreign related issues,summarizes and comments on the literature on the basis of careful study,and thus determines the research ideas.According to the train of thought to clarify the relevant concepts,determine the theoretical basis,and finally choose the appropriate research methods.The second chapter is the elaboration of the current situation of the psychological adaptation of migrant children in the N community of S city.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of the geography,social economy and population characteristics of the N community in S city and the general situation of migrant children in the community.On the basis of questionnaire and interview,it describes the psychological adaptation of migrant children and analyzes the problems and causes.The third chapter is the program design of the group work involved in the psychological adaptation of migrant children.The feasibility of the program is analyzed from three aspects,and then the intervention method is selected and the service goal is set.Finally,the program design is carried out.The fourth chapter is the intervention of group work.The specific process of the activity is demonstrated,and the theoretical application,process analysis and activity summary are elaborated in sections.The effects of the whole team,social workers and team members’ performance were evaluated.Finally,summarize the success and failure of the team.The fifth chapter is the summary of this study and some shallow Suggestions.This paper mainly summarizes the changes and some enlightenment of migrant children from the perspective of ecological system.From the perspective of the importance of social work,the importance of individualized services,the utilization of resources,the promotion of social system reform and the guarantee of welfare fairness,the countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to help migrant children achieve good mental health and achieve psychological adaptation and urban integration.
