Study On Geography Of Mongolian Dialect In Chifeng City

The Mongolian people in Chifeng City speak the Balin dialect,the Chahar dialect,and the Harqin dialect.Compared with other Mongolian dialects,it is very complicated and has a distinct difference.This thesis is based on the survey data of Mongolian dialects in 7 banners in the city outlined in the Mongolian Dialect Map in China?The thesis analyzes the pronunciation,grammar and vocabulary characteristic of Mongolian dialects in Chifeng City?The thesis consists of five parts:introduction,first chapter,second chapter,third chapter and conclusion.The introduction deals with the overview of 7 banners in Chifeng City,an overview of dialect research,the rationale of the study and significance of the topic selection,research methodology and survey materials.The first chapter consists of three subsections:survey materials and material analysis.The first section is a statistical table of the phonetic survey on 200 words.The second section,mainly through comparative study of the pronunciation of the Mongolian dialects in Chifeng City with the Mongolian written language,reveals the characteristics of pronunciation as well as its similarities and differences from the Mongolian written language.The second chapter includes statistical tables of grammar materials,material analysis,and the singular and plural forms of personal pronouns,etc.The form of questionnaire survey in this chapter records the grammatical phenomenon of Mongolian dialects in Chifeng City.It also explains the similarities and differences between Mongolian written languages,which is marked finally in the Mongolian dialect map.The third chapter includes three parts:statistic forms of vocabulary,material analysis,and dialect special vocabulary.By comparing the vocabulary of Mongolian dialects in Chifeng City with the written language of Mongolian,the special vocabulary of Mongolian dialects in Chifeng City is studied.The conclusion part summarizes the whole thesis.
