In this thesis.60 Chinese teachers who went to the Confucius Institute of Roland University,the Confucius Institute of Mishkoltz University,the Confucius Institute of Segad University and the Confucius Institute of traditional Chinese medicine of Page University were selected as the research objects.Based on the theory of control point and Bandura’s self-efficacy,the teaching efficacy was studied by literature and questionnaire.Spss21.0 is used to analyze the results of the questionnaire.It is found that the teaching efficacy of Chinese teachers in Hungary is composed of work identity,teaching negative emotional experience,teaching cognition,teaching control and teaching achievement.Chinese teachers of Confucius Institute in Hungary show a high level in five dimensions,and the degree of dispersion is relatively small.Among them,the sense of work identity is relatively high,and the experience of teaching negative emotions is relatively low.In terms of the influencing factors of teaching efficacy,we found that the influence of teachers’category,marriage and education background on teaching efficacy did not reach a significant level;specialty and teaching age had a certain impact on some dimensions of teaching efficacy,among which specialty had a significant difference on teaching success,and teaching age had a significant impact on teaching control Sex difference level.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this paper.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of teaching effectiveness on the basis of literature research,and summarizes the research status of teaching effectiveness at home and abroad.The third part introduces the research object,research content and the preparation of the questionnaire.On the basis of the former questionnaire,a questionnaire of Chinese teachers’ teaching efficacy in Hungarian Confucius Institute was developed.The questionnaire consists of 29 items and 5 dimensions.Through quantitative analysis,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are up to the standard.The questionnaire was used to investigate the teaching efficacy of Chinese teachers at Confucius Institute in Hungary.The fourth part mainly discusses and analyzes the structure,current situation and influencing factors of Chinese teachers’ teaching efficacy in Hungarian Confucius Institute according to the results of questionnaire.The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper,describes the innovation of this study,points out the shortcomings of this study,and puts forward suggestions for the follow-up study.
