With the development of the global cultural industry,the global division of labor in the cultural industry has gradually deepened,and the degree of specialization of the cultural industry has deepened.The role of cultural product trade in the world economic and trade exchanges has become increasingly important.In 2018,the total import and export of Chinese cultural products More than 102.3 billion U.S.dollars,an increase of 5.4% over the previous year,of which total exports were 92.53 billion U.S.dollars,an increase of 5.9%,and the state of development is good.For China,the significance of cultural trade is not only reflected in the economic level,it also highlights culture An important way to be confident and enhance China’s international influence.Against the backdrop of uncertain economic globalization and rising protectionism,the ongoing RCEP(Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership)negotiations are aimed at promoting mutual reciprocity among member states,removing tariff and non-tariff trade barriers,and promoting trade and Facilitating investment and creating a comprehensive and inclusive high-quality free trade agreement are rare opportunities for China to develop trade with RCEP member countries and expand exports of cultural products.This article firstly describes the current status of China’s cultural products exports to RCEP countries from the aspects of trade scale,product structure,and market structure,and analyzes the intra-industry trade index,trade competitiveness index,and trade complementarity index.The results show that China The export scale of cultural products to RCEP countries is constantly expanding,and the role of RCEP countries in the overseas market of Chinese cultural products is becoming more and more important.The cultural products exported by China to RCEP countries are mainly visual arts and crafts products,and exports are concentrated in Japan,Vietnam and a few other countries.In several countries,the level of intra-industry trade is high,and the level of trade complementarity is not high.China has a comparative competitive advantage in bilateral trade.Then,based on the analysis of the current status of trade,the problems of imbalance in product and market structure and insufficient exploitation of market potential in China’s cultural products exports to RCEP countries are analyzed.Finally,based on the relevant panel data of China and RCEP countries from 2007 to 2017,this article constructs a trade gravity model and analyzes the influencing factors that influence China’s exports of cultural products to RCEP countries.The results show that the economic development scale,technological development level,The terms of trade promote China’s export of its cultural products.The population size of the target country,China’s geographical distance and cultural distance are all negatively related to the scale of China’s export of its cultural products.The signing of a free trade agreement will be beneficial to both parties.To carry out cultural trade exchanges.Based on this,this article analyzes the impact of the RCEP agreement on China ’s export of cultural products to RCEP countries,and proposes policy recommendations for promoting China ’s export of its Cultural products.
