An Study Of Li Juan’s Prose From The Perspective Of Ecological Aesthetics

Since the end of the 20 th century,with the development of Chinese economy,ecological problems have become prominent and ecological literature has emerged.As the “Spokesman of Altay”,Li Juan takes the Altay prefecture where she lives as the writing object.Li Juan combines her sensitive observation,moral responsibility and natural aesthetic feeling with a proper proportion,and conveys her unique aesthetic experience and ecological thoughts with vivid writing.The thesis mainly takes Li Juan’s prose works as the research object.Based on the text,it uses the ecological aesthetics theory and the ecological literature criticism methods to analyze her prose works.Li Juan’s prose not only presents the beauty of the original ecological nature,but also provides the important spiritual resources to alleviate the relationship between human and nature.Li Juan’s ecological prose is based on her ecological world view.First of all,it is an organic integrated view of ecology.Li Juan regards harmony as the highest ecological ideal and takes the interests of the whole ecology as the highest value.The second is the view of ecological equality with life as the main body.Every life body has its own independent value and survival status.We should face all life with an equal attitude and respect the "goodness" of life and its independent value.Finally,it is beyond the traditional ecological aesthetic.Li Juan’s natural aesthetics follows the principle of ecological integrity and gives a positive aesthetic judgment to the original ecological natural objects.Li Juan’s prose has a unique ecological aesthetic way.The first one is the ecological aesthetic perspective of the unity of object and self.Li Juan observes nature as an "inhabitant",experiences all things from the inside of nature,and integrates with all things in the observation and experience.The second is the ecological aesthetic emotion of reverence to nature,which always keeps the heart of reverence and do not act as the master of all things.The third is the ecological aesthetic experience of body feeling.Li Juan takes the initiative to enter the pasture life,and the real ecological aesthetic experience occurs in the infinite closeness with nature.Li Juan’s ecological prose presents a variety of ecological beauty for us.One is the beauty of power and freedom in the wilderness.Wilderness is the source of life,including all things and it is a beautiful and complete ecological community.The second is the diversity and sublime beauty of living beings.All kinds of vigorous life content against death with limited life,grow freely in the wilderness and die sublimely.The third is the beauty of harmony and closeness between human natureand physical nature.People and things depend on each other.The relationship between people and people are close and harmonious.All these constitute a healthy ecological relationship and a complete ecological aesthetic world.Li Juan’s prose is also full of concern for the ecological environment.The first is the worry about the ecological crisis.The relationship between human and land is tense,the forest was destroyed,and Altay’s original ecological order was subverted.The second is the critique of human greed.Utilitarianism leads to excessive extortion of nature,and the traditional custom of resisting desire is fading away.Finally,it is a reflection on industrial civilization.The invasion of natural ecology,social ecology and spiritual ecology by industrial civilization intensifies the opposition between human and nature.Generally speaking,Li Juan’s prose is an ecological prose which regarding the overall interests of ecosystem as the highest value.In the observation and record of the original ecological nature for decades,Li Juan turns nature into a living ecology with vivid and specific lives and characters.She presents a harmonious,beautiful and vibrant Xinjiang to readers.Her works are not only prose,but also a combination of philosophy and ecology.
