Research On The Cultural Assets Management Of Pingjiang Road’s Historic District

The management of cultural assets in historic districts is a systematic project in urban management.lt is not only a necessary element for the city to inherit the historical and cultural connotation,bringing about people foremost and deciding on the route of sustainable development,but also an inevitable requirement for the public management department of urban residents in urban life and development.In recent years,Suzhou has made some achievements in the management of cultural assets in historic districts.With the sustainable development of economy and society,residents’ disposable income and urban public expenditure have achieved stable double growth in Suzhou.These objectively put forward higher requirements for the management of cultural assets in historical districts of Suzhou.At present Pingjiang Road historic district is the most complete and largest historic block in Suzhou,which has rich cultural assets.This paper studies the historic district of Pingjiang Road,finding the management of cultural assets in historic district of Pingjiang Road is confronted with the conflicts of main interests,the dislocation of commercial development and the disconnection of community construction,with the perspective of management.lt also analyses the causes of the problems and the difficulties in the management practice,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.lt provides a reference for optimizing the management of cultural assets in Pingjiang Road historic district and realizing the sustainable development of Pingjiang Road historic district.
