Research On Planning And Design Optimization Of Yangzhou Qin And Zheng Cultural Industry Park

In recent years,the cultural industry park,as an important carrier of developing the culture industry,has developed rapidly in China and is playing an increasingly important role in accelerating the process of urban modernization,enhancing the cultural soft power and improving the economic structure of industries.The planning of cultural industry parks refers to an overall,long-term and fundamental scientific plan for cultural industry parks in terms of strategic positioning,industrial system,industrial structure,spatial distribution,land development and operation and management by comprehensive use of relevant theoretical analysis tools pursuant to current situation of industrial agglomeration as well as the guide for the construction of cultural industry parks.The Chinese zither of the UN’s intangible cultural heritage of humanity has a history of more than 3000 years in Yangzhou.Yangzhou is known as "Home of Chinese Zither Art" and "Capital of Yangzhou Qin and Zheng Industry" and has good conditions for developing the Qin and Zheng industry.How to grasp the construction law of Qin and Zheng Cultural Industry Park on the basis of combining history and reality and explore its scientific path? Yangzhou actively explores the development model of clustering and large-scale industry and writes a "New Song of Guangling" relating to Yangzhou economic and cultural development by planning and construction of Yangzhou Qin and Zheng Cultural Industry Park based on showing the charm of Qin and Zheng culture,strengthening the function of Qin and Zheng industry and giving play to the soft power of Qin and Zheng culture as the goal.Firstly,this paper draws lessons from domestic and overseas successful planning practice cases on the basis of theoretical research on the planning of cultural industry parks at home and abroad;secondly,the planning and design background of Yangzhou Qin and Zheng Cultural Industry Park is deeply analyzed and the SWOT analysis method is used to systematically analyze the scientific basis of planning and design of Yangzhou Qin and Zheng Cultural Industry Park,namely industrial strength,existing inferior position as well as opportunities for development,challenges and threats;thirdly,the development way,target location and industrial distribution in the planning and design of Yangzhou Qin and Zheng Cultural Industry Park are subject to intensive study as per the guiding principle-"planning first";finally,the suggestions for further optimization of Yangzhou Qin and Zheng Cultural Industry Park are offered in terms of planning structure,function selection,operation mechanism,shaping leaders and improving policies so as to provide the reference for the planning and design of local cultural industry parks in China.
