| In this article,the tonal pronunciation characteristics and error performance of Pakistani students’ "bu" are examined,and corresponding teaching strategies are designed according to their error performance and actual situation.Six students were picked up randomly in the 2017 South Asian undergraduate class of Henan University(in which all the students are from Pakistan)as the experimental objects of this article,and Praat voice analysis software was used to describe the five-degree maps of the six objects’ original tune and changed tune of "bu" and the comparative analysis base on the relevant standards of Mandarin Chinese was carried out to find out the reason of Pakistani students’ wrong acquisition of the tone of "bu".The thesis is divided into five parts.The reason and significance of the topic selection and relevant study on this topic is introduced in the first part.Experimental objects,pronunciation materials,experimental process and methods are determined in the second part.Acoustic performance of "bu" of Pakistani students are analyzed in the third part.The original tone of the word "bu" is analyzed first and then the changed tone of "bu" is analyzed.The changed tone of "bu" is divided into four types,including "bu" after the end of the word,"bu + non fourth sound","bu + the fourth sound" and the soft tone transpositions of "bu" and each of the types was discussed respectively.The situation when the four types tone combination pronounced alone and that when they were in natural language flow are compared to explore pronunciation performance of experimental persons in different language elements.In the fourth part,the corresponding teaching plan is designed according to the error performance of the foreign students.The fifth part includes conclusion and imperfections. |
