In this study,the PTSD Symptom Checklist(PLC-5),Problem Behavior Scale,and Family Intimacy and Adaptation Scale(FACESII-CV)were used to study the youth in Yibin area during the Yibin earthquake and the general disaster areas Chengdu and the severely affected areas during the 512 earthquake.A total of 1,047 young people in Wenchuan(average age is 14.85 ± 1.8),to understand the impact of the earthquake on the psychological behavior and family function of young people in different regions.It was found that after the earthquake in Yibin,it affected the teenagers in all three places to varying degrees,caused various behavioral problems,and disrupted family functions.Generally speaking,the proportion of youth with PTSD in Yibin was greater.But Wenchuan’s adolescents are more severe,Chengdu teenagers are lighter than all aspects.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The detection rate of youth in Yibin after the earthquake was 17.51%.The detection rate of males was less than that of females.Grades had significant differences in PTSD symptoms and its dimensions(p <0.01).Male adolescents in Yibin showed more antisocial behavior than female adolescents in Yibin(p <0.01).The overall detection rate of youth in Chengdu and Chengdu was 9.29%,and the detection rate of males(5.91%)was less than that of females(11.41%).Grades had significant differences in PTSD symptoms and their dimensions(p <0.01).Male adolescents in Chengdu had more anti-social behavior(p <0.01),and female adolescents in Chengdu had more suicidal thoughts(p <0.05).The overall detection rate of youth in Wenchuan and Chengdu was 16.26%,and the detection rate of men(16.50%)was higher than that of women(16.08%).Grades differed significantly in PTSD and various dimensions(p <0.05).Wenchuan male adolescents have more problematic behaviors.(2)There are significant differences in PTSD symptoms and dimensions in the three places,and the PTSD symptoms of Wenchuan adolescents are more obvious.Wenchuan adolescents are more likely to experience traumatic events repeatedly,produce negative psychology,and experience persistent anxiety and high levels of alertness.Yibin teenagers are more likely to avoid trauma-related events or thoughts than Chengdu teenagers.Wenchuan teenagers are more likely to avoid trauma-related events or ideas than Chengdu teenager(3)A variety of problem behaviors occurred in all three places after the earthquake.Wenchuan teenagers had significantly more problem behaviors than Yibin and Chengdu teenagers.Look at the specific dimensions.Wenchuan teenagers have more violence,more eating disorders,and more anti-social behavior.Yibin teens have more sleep problems.(4)The two dimensions of the family function of the youth in Yibin and the two dimensions of the family function of the youth in Wenchuan are lower than the national norms(family intimacy 63.9 ± 8.0,family adaptability 50.9 ± 6.2),and Chengdu adolescents ’family function It is at the norm level,indicating that the intimate relationships between families in Chengdu are normal,but the family adaptability is still lower than the national level.There are significant regional differences in family functions,(5)There is a significant positive correlation between PTSD and problem behaviors.Family relations achieve a partial intermediary role between PTSD and problem behaviors.PTSD will directly affect adolescent problem behaviors,and it will also affect family relations through negative effects.Problem behavior.
