Emotion Of Soil Material

By using the methods of literature review and comparative study,this paper makes an in-depth study and combing of artists and their works using soil materials for painting,so as to explore the unique role and emotional value of soil materials in painting creation.First of all,from the history of soil materials used into the painting,sort out the known use methods of the edge materials.By combing the characteristics of the material,the unique characteristics of the material compared with other materials are obtained.Then according to the representative artists Zhu Jin,Zhang Guolong and Yusuke Asai who used soil to create in modern and contemporary history,they sort out the different aesthetic characteristics of soil materials for their own artistic creation.It further puts forward the hypothesis that soil materials should be used in the field of comprehensive painting.Through reviewing and tracing the involvement of soil materials in the field of painting,this paper defines the basic status of the use of soil materials:As an edge material with a sense of historical bearing,the rich material properties of soil need to form a clear context to make it works in the contemporary global context.It also expounds the shortcomings of using soil materials today,hoping to lead more artists who use soil to "develop their strengths and avoid their weaknesses".To explore a simple methodology for the rational use of soil materials.Carry forward the emotional value of soil materials,and further make this long history natural material better serve the spirit of the times in the contemporary art field."Soil" leads us out of the Urban Haze,through collecting,screening and processing in the vast nature to make us realize that:Human beings,as small individuals in nature,have unique trajectories and individual characteristics,just like any organic or inorganicmatter nearby.Through the study of a unique and small material,we can realize the amazing energy behind it.Let us feel the vast land,It extends the unique memory of civilization and culture and the awareness of stepping on strength and steady progress.Compared with other painting materials with its original and unique strength,this paper demonstrates the supplement of soil materials to comprehensive materials in material diversity.
