A Simple Analysis On The Hand In The Post-modern Arts

A Treatise on Painting by Leonardo Da Vinci in his work stressed again that the task of the artists is to find out the action and gesture in line with the psychological activities of the figure.It’s the unavoidable expressive content that the painting and depiction of the hand from the artists has been the theme all the time focusing on the figure or the body part of the figure in the artistic creation ever since the ancient times.Hand is a very strong participant in the artistic creation.Methods like the document analysis method,the fine arts image analysis method and example analysis method etc are adopted in the article to study the hand as the topic in the post-modern arts or the typical artistic works to express the hand image and gesture of the figure.The definition of hand in the biology is expounded in the first chapter,which gives a brief introduction to the evolution process from image and moral of the hand in the eastern and western arts,a good understanding of the culture connotation and emotional sustenance expressed by the artistic work of hand as the topic and the correlation between the cultural section and the definition of the biology of the hand and the arts.n the process of carding the image evolution of "hand" in the history of Chinese and Western art,we should realize its cultural connotation and the emotional sustenance of artists.The artistic work of hand in the post-modern arts is begun for research in the second chapter,which starts from the religious subject and the realistic subject,and selects four typical themes like the hand of prayer,the hand of narration,the hand of creation and the hand of Buddhism,analyzes,compares and induces the artists who create the similar themes and the typical styles to express the important content of the hand part of the figure in the post-modern arts with the large scope of creation,homogenization,plural mixing,usage of the traditional cultural image symbols and same characteristics of the splice of massive images and modern elements,understanding the readable function backside the image expressed by the post-modern arts and the visual moral function played while the idea conveys.The creation and practice by myself is found in the third chapter,analysis and integration for the image of the hand is tried to be conducted,and taken to be the connection medium between the past and the future,discussion of the opportunity and the challenge to human being and the traditional culture brought about by the technology through the hand of the figure in the famous painting depicted by the technology,and the work is still ongoing,also the creation practice will be continuously proceeded besides the constant individual case analysis on the related artists in the future research.In the fourth chapter,it’s important to show respect for the post-modern artistic laws,focus on the contradiction and correlation between humanity and nature in the contemporary society through the summarization of my case analysis,comparison and self-creation to unremittingly develop the possibility of the creation medium like the digital technology etc and describe the prospect of the future research.
