| Under the guidance of Marxist historical materialism,JiWenfu,a famous Marxist historian, philosopher and educator in modern China, not only has an in-depth study of yangmingism and chuanshanism, but also extends his research perspective to the northern Academy in the Qing Dynasty, and then made a pioneering contribution to this field.JiWenfu’s academic thought is mainly influenced by the traditional old school, the modern scholars in Henan Province, and the new school in Peking University, thus forming the academic characteristics of "compatibility between China and the west".The practice of Henan Education and the experience of studying abroad in the Soviet Union contributed to Ji Wenfu’s characteristics of academic study with Marxist historical materialism and methods. On the basis of Zhang Taiyan,Liang Qichao and Hu Shi’s research on academical history of Qing Dynasty,Ji Wenfu innovated the research methods and paths in this field. He used the research method of historical materialism to construct the overall research framework of academic history in the north of the Qing Dynasty, and described the development context of Sun Qifeng school and Yan Li school,so as to explore their internal relations.Ji Wenfu made a preliminary attempt to study the academic history of the north of Qing Dynasty, and made a preliminary analysis of the relationship between Sun Qifeng,Yan Yuan and Li Gong, which further deepened the study of the history of Neo Confucianism. The reason why Ji Wenfu could get the pioneering research results in the academic field of the North of the Qing Dynasty is because of his profound learning background, the theoretical advantages of Marxist historical materialism and the research thought of "overall history".Because of his profound academic background of "compatibility between China and the west" and his flexible use of new methods,Ji Wenfu was able to make outstanding contributions to the field of Northern Learning in the Qing Dynasty, and provided a feasible framework and scheme for the systematic study of Northern Learning in the Qing Dynasty within the modern academic framework. |
